Horrible! Don’t let the pictures fool you. Unprofessional and rude staff w one exception the night person. (Male) Dirty rooms, flooring is a trip hazard, double beds on a queen size frame, people living in the hotel w no disregard to others, police were called due to a known issue w a couple causing a disturbance. We were in town for a funeral and hotels were booked. I’d rather sleep in my car!

My first interaction with this property is the only reason it was a 4/5. Liz the manager was the most rude and unprofessional customer service representative I’ve ever encountered. When I called back the next day I was pleasantly surprised to get to talk to Alisha who really took me being a customer to heart and tried everything in her power to make sure I was taken care of and looked after. Same goes with Jackie. I hope management takes the time to look at my email I sent and choice privilege listens to my call about this property and starts putting customers first just like Alisha and Jackie did. I am disappointed that you still advertise breakfast and two years away from covid this property is still using that as an excuse to not serve it. Again this has nothing to do with the front desk agents but the management. If you do stay here make sure that you talk to Alisha and Jackie as they will be the most honest and kind agents to interact with.

Filthy, disgusting, repulsive!!! Could not stay. Went with another couple. Their room was upstairs and was 100x worse. The girl at the front desk could not have been nicer. Very kind and polite. I felt bad for her. We got in our room and would not open our luggage! Beyond gross! We did not get charged. We were first told we had to pay the first day because we were there an hour! It took us that long to find another hotel. Did not even sit on the bed! When all was said and done we were not charged for the room. We were told they use the second floor for the weekly people. The first for tourists. NEVER again!!!

Couple years since I've stayed here, unfortunately had an issue with a neighbor blasting their TV loud late at night, so wanted to give hotel another chance. Hallways look the same BUT the ro I was in (120), definitely has been updated, looks very modern, nice big tv, refrigerator, microwave and beautiful updated bathroom. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Only 1 negative please bring back breakfast, not everyone drinks coffee or tea.

Horrible place to stay. I came here with my family for a baseball tournament. We originally booked at the Comfort Inn for two nights. Since our schedule changed, we only needed to stay one night. They had a two night minimum so they acted like they did us a favor and offered to book us here. It was dirty, so bad that I went to Walmart and bought sheets and blankets to sleep on. Stuff splattered on walls, bathroom was disgusting. We felt as if people were living there mostly with a few visitors here and there mixed in. And the clientele was not very nice. I was worried about sleeping at night. Since it is a one hallway hotel (inside rooms), it was very noisy and lots of banging and voices all night. Made me very nervous.

I would have a mixed review of the hotel. First, the positives. The hotel is easy to get to, near a few restaraunts, decently priced and I would stay again. However, I also have a few comments. First, the hotel is doing some renovations so it does get noisy at times. This is understandable. Next, the new design leaves a bit to be desired. The headboards have lights which are plugged in to the wall behind the bed. So, if you happen to move the mattress during the night then you may unplug the lights. These lights also work the clock and reading lamps. Also, there is a sensor on the bathroom light so everytime you walk by the bathroom, the light goes on. The downside of this is, when taking a shower the sensor does not detect anyone in the room and shuts off. Overall the hotel was decent and I would stay again.

On June 17, 2022 my family & I checked into this hotel at 11:30p only to be greeted by an ungodly scent of cigarettes and mildew. My husband had booked this hotel so that we could attend my daughters sporting event at Spooky Nooks. We wouldn’t have stayed here, but all of the surrounding hotels were booked. I bet he’ll book a hotel early the next damn time. Anywho, the room was disgusting & very out dated. The bathroom reeked of piss, with stains on the walls, three inch thick dust covering every corner of the room, a tape patched bathroom door as if someone punched a hole in it. Don’t stay here! Period! I have pus filled bug bites all over my arms & neck. If I could rate this hotel a negative five stars that would be appropriate. If you’ve ever seen the movie, Vacation (2015) starring Ed Helms and Christina Applegate motel bathroom scene. Then, look no further Econo lodge Lancaster, PA is your place. That’s the best way to that I could describe this place.

Hotel needs attention to deferred maintenance. Flooring had tape over a bad spot, and tub needs refinishing or replacement due to permanent stains. Hair dryer didn't work; towels were old and stiff, a washcloth had make-up stains on it (these are supposed to be discarded when stained), and there weren't enough bath towels. There was no table in the room, although that was listed as an amenity. Room cleanliness was just OK, not outstanding. Juice machine in dining area was out of order (you'd think with them not offering breakfast right now, they'd at least have had juice available). There are no coffee makers in the rooms, but that isn't listed as an amenity; just be aware ahead of time. On the plus side, the coffee provided 24/7 is excellent, and the room was very large. We were staying just one night, so we made do; had we been staying longer, we would have addressed these issues with management, but we were on business and pressed for time. Choice Hotels are our usual "hotels of choice," but we will not be staying here again. Even for a budget-priced hotel, this was bad.

I can’t begin to tell you how disgusting this hotel is. The air conditioner leaked and the floors were warped and water was coming up through the floor boards. The rugs in the hallways and the stairs were disgusting and stained. The bathroom in the room was dirty and had feces smeared on the toilet handle. The whole place just made you feel like you wanted to be in a hazmat suit. Never ever again.
