Hotel has potential to be better. Outdoor pool closed for repairs in June? Not good when you were there with an entire basketball team abd families for a tournament.staff were pretty friendly. Room was pretty clean but bathroom coul be updated. Low water pressure.
We stayed here Aug 16-20th 2017 and don't believe what you see in the pictures on their website..Disqusting sums this place up from the management to the so called pools..They were filthy ,run down ,and about 10 chairs around the outside pool with not a...More
Rude staff, no rooms available without walking up 2 flights of stairs. The hotel is being remodled but no elevators??? What a dump! When we asked for help in making other arrangements the supervisor was absolutely no help.

Don't miss the different shows. We have just seen Jonah and it is a remarkable experience. Beautiful surroundings. Thrilling to see the Bible story brought alive. The atmosphere was fantastic. Well worth a visit.

There was talk of new ownership but frankly, I would avoid the Lancaster Host. I don't believe any of our convention participants has a "flawless" stay. Although we were told that things are supposed to be fixed, I only repair I saw underway was replacement of ceiling tiles in the halls where there were none. I would not feel right recommending this facility unless it has undergone a TOTAL renovation.
