⭐️ Location … Location…. location! ⭐️

we chose this hotel to stay at for the walkable convenience in getting to sesame Place. My kids are 2 and 4. The suites are set up perfectly with a partition between the parents side and the kids.
The sofa bed pulls out on the bottom (similar I suppose to a daybed)
I did bring a small cheap Amazon camera to set up to keep an eye on them. Pam and Asia at the front desk were super kind, courteous and hospitable offering their opinions and suggestions.
The complimentary breakfast was great!
hot food as well as cold choices. A variety of juices, and the coffee station even had the international delight creamer pods!

Bone fish grill is also across the street from Hotel so again an added convenience so you’re not searching for parking. We went to BoneFish on a Friday to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Great restaurant food and accommodating to children! We did make. 6pm reservation but it did not appear to be very busy for a Friday night.

Also, if you plan to do Sesame Place trip this is the place to stay!
My suggestion as well is to book through the vacation packages. added benefit is that you could enter park 15 mins bf open at 10am

Best of luck! Happy Travels!! 😃

The Good: Quick walking distance to Sesame Place. FREE breakfast with a nice variety of foods, at breakfast (eggs, bacon, cold cereal, milk, juice, coffee, yogurt, fresh fruit, waffles, bagels, croissant rolls).

The Bad: This hotels nickels and dimes you. Parking is $15 per day, a pack'n'play/crib is $10 per day. Housekeeping needs work, likely better staffing. Room could have been cleaner (the top of the tile in the bathroom had a clear layer of dust).

The Ugly: Pool is way too small for a family sized hotel. Housekeeping. We never had turn down service, our bed was poorly made (seems like they used full sized sheets for queen bed). The pool towels were laughably small. We were registered with 4 people in the room and only received towel sets for 3 people.

Summary: If you are going to Sesame Place it is convenient to be able to walk and be back in your hotel room within a few minutes otherwise I wouldn't stay here. We found an usually low rate for a Wednesday night and stayed because of that otherwise the price doesn't justify the experience IMO. There are other hotels that within a 5 minute drive to Sesame Place or have shuttles.

We choose this hotel due to the proximity to Sesame Place. It is a 3 minute walk on a paved fenced in sidewalk. I mention this because we considered neighboring hotels and there are no other sidewalks that lead to Sesame Place and surrounding traffic ways are four lanes. This hotel does charge a fee of $15 for parking here daily but it beats the $30 minimum parking Sesame Place charges.
The pool was closed, but that was clearly mentioned on website. The room was clean, but the sofa and carpet were extremely dingy. No problem for us. We always wear sandals in hotel rooms, we always bring sheets to cover seating areas and I Iysol a room completely before my family enters.
Front desk staff was exceptional although they seems short staffed in other areas at times. Our key stopped working several times. The ice machine on our floor was not working, no big deal we went to another floor.
Breakfast is also a huge plus. We started our day with full bellies and that's important when going to an amusement park in 98 degree plus weather. Grab breakfast as early as you can on weekends to beat the crowds in lobby.
It is important to note that this is not a 4 or 5 star hotel. The proximity to Sesame Place makes it a 5 star and the breakfast a 4 star. You have to realize that families use this hotel thus it is more run down than others. Take that into account when booking. The 3 minute walk to Sesame place is well worth the 3 star accommodations. Especially with little ones who nap or if you need a mid day break from park.
There are many restaurants in the surrounding area. Margaritas is right across the street and many fast food and mom and pop shops. I must mention again that there are no sidewalks. We come from Brooklyn and are not used to this. We drove to all restaurants.
Overall this was an excellent choice, my family and I would definitely stay here again.

I'll start with the good, which is location. First, the only reason you should stay here is if you are going to Sesame Place, and if you are, it's right across the street and an easy walk in. You can't get better than this in terms of park proximity. However, there are a number of hotels in Langhorne, many have shuttles, and the downsides to this hotel are numerous.

We booked a room for four people but were only given two full-size shower towels. When we asked for more, we were told we could only get more if we returned the used ones we had.

We were also told the rooms would be cleaned every other day. We were fine with that, but by Day 3, no one had come and our garbages were literally overflowing and we had to empty them ourselves. No one from the cleaning services ever came to our room.

Our room was near the end of a hallway near an exit to the hotel. We noticed that every time we came in, it was difficult to swipe in and out with our keycards, and once we did, the magnetic band was stripped and we could no longer use the keycards to enter our room. After getting both of our cards re-magnetized multiple times, we discovered that the door also did not lock, so the hotel is not at all secure.

With kids, we made use of the continental breakfast. We were happy the first day, with a selection of breads, cereals, beverages, and other breakfast foods. The second day, they ran out of eggs and never had omelettes or eggs again during our stay. The third day, they ran out of cereal and that also never made a return. On a daily basis, our experience got worse.

We had a room with a king bed, but they only had a queen comforter on it. I'm not sure if this was a cost-saving measure or a mistake, but as housekeeping never came by, it was never rectified and my wife and I spent every night pulling the comforter back and forth. Adding in terrible pillows that offered more lumps than support made sleeping an uncomfortable proposition at best.

Considering Sesame Place is often only open until 5:00, you will be spending a decent amount of time in your room. Because of that, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Poor housekeeping, poor upkeep, and poor stocking of adequate materials makes this a hotel that offers location and nothing else of value.

Short version: this hotel is made for families going to Sesame Place. While you're not getting a posh or really nice place, you're paying a reasonable price for good enough, mostly clean room that's located across the street from Sesame Place while being closer than most parking lots at other theme parks or zoos.

When we stayed in April, we were able to park at the hotel instead of a hundred feet away at Sesame Place's own parking lot (the hotel has a parking fee starting in May).

The beds weren't very comfortable, the air conditioner was noisy, and there wasn't even a tissue box in the room. But the bed and sheets seemed clean and probably good enough for anyone who doesn't have sensitive skin.

The bathroom was another story. The sink was stupidly small - like whoever their interior designer must have been working with some really weird constraints or a complete idiot. There was no soap next to the sink but there is a body/hand soap close by in the shower bath (but neither the soap or sink are kid friendly imo). The toilet was in a spacious alcove but the bathroom fan was really noisy.

Overall, with a package deal for park tickets, it's just too reasonably priced for what you get.

So much went wrong with my stay. There is a lot that I could critique about this hotel. However, I understand that the hospitality industry has been battered due to the pandemic, and as such I will extend grace to this property, and not account for the things which I assume were caused due to lack of adequate staffing.

I will add too that I interacted with approximately 5 different staff members, all were amazingly professional.

That said, the rooms on this property smell horrific. I visited with family and reserved two rooms.

The first room I was assigned to smelled heavily of old cigarette smoke. Thankfully, the manager was able to change my room.

My family member was not so lucky. Her room smelled dank and moldy. She was offered another room, the smell there was even worse.

We were only spending two nights, and since all the hotels in the area seem to have poor reviews, we decided to stay.

I get that the hospitality industry has been battered by the pandemic. And, I understand some decrease in levels of service. But, I think ensuring fresh smelling rooms is one of those minimal things that need to be done if a property is to survive this pandemic.

Front desk staff/management was excellent. We ate the free breakfast in the lobby, and the manager was talking to each family about Sesame Place and was very engaging with the kids. Our TV remote stopped working and someone came to fix it right away. Our room was clean and we enjoyed the pool/hot tub every night, although the pool is small for the number of kids who stay there. This is right across the street from the entrance to Sesame Place. We got a great deal booking the hotel with the park. It’s great to be able to leave the park and come right back.

General Manager should be retrained or fired. Booked a room through the Marriott app. When I arrived, the front desk attendant was on the phone with the General manager. She proceeded to direct him to cancel my reservation, said I booked with points (which I didn't) and would not honor the guaranteed reservation (I am a titanium elite member.)

I had a representative from the Titanium services call and they STILL would not honor the reservation. She was rude, horrible customer service and should NOT be leading a team of staff. I still do not have resolution 2 weeks later.

I would advise anyone coming here to have a back up plan because I was not the only person showing up with a confirmed reservation.

I am very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. My room was overall disgustingly filthy. Light switches were dirty with food and dirt on them. Couch had food and other identifiable goo on it, I didn’t dare sit on it. The bed clothing had blood stains in several locations and my blanket was ratty and torn! There was horrendous mold growing everywhere in the shower, I couldn’t even use the facilities. The toilet seat was broken and the toilet paper holder was coming off the wall. There was food and other stains on the walls and several other locations. The room was Gross!!
There are some other things I found disturbing for a Marriott Hotel but this small list is the most offensive of my stay for the night.
Some things that fell to the end of the list this particular stay, no tissues in the room, no hand soap to wash hands at the sink, pool was closed and only made aware after chech-in, breakfast was promised 6am-9am but there was NO breakfast served and the room key failed to open the door at each use.
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.
I did speak with the manager and I also took her to my room as to enlighten her to the gravity of this situation. I also explained that I would never treat a guest in my own home like this, I am a guest at her hotel and this is how I am treated and being charged $200, everyone involved should be ashamed!
She was rude, unapologetic and acted irritated with me for pointing out the flaws with her own nasty hotel.
Yes, I have pictures of all the dirt, filth and grime.

This is the best hotel to stay for visiting Sesame Place.

1) This is the only hotel with a walking path to Sesame Street. The hotel is literally next to Sesame Place. The convenient location is priceless.

2) The hotel is new-ish. The room, furniture, and features felt new-ish. Things in our room were broken, such as the closet door and toilet flusher. But I kind of expect that from a family hotel. Kids break things.

3) The hotel was clean-ish. The sheets and towels were clean. Our room smelled damp. I always bring my own Clorox wipes and I am glad I gave it a surface clean.

4) The staff was nice to us. But I could see how working on a sold out weekend with lots of kids running around could get old.

5) Breakfast was okay. Two waffle makers, cereals, and plain scrambled "eggs." No frills.

6) The hotel was sold out and full of people. This meant they did not have rooms for early check in when we arrived around 1 PM but we did get in before official check in time. They were very accommodating.

I am not sure of the transit system in that area well enough to comment as to how close things are. There did seem to be stores nearby - however as others stated in bad weather may be an issue to walk.
