I hosted a 3 day event at the Princeton Ballroom. Alyssa M with catering/ private events was so prompt, accommodating and knowlegaeble! The food was shockingly good for the quality of food that was served. Food staff was Colleen and Mura and they were also sweet fast and very accommodating. This is the second private event I do here and I will continue since its off the highway, private parking and easy access.

We just wrapped up our one-day science symposium yesterday, and we couldn't be more grateful for the wonderful experience Sheraton Hotel at Bucks County Langhorne provided. From the front desk staff to the restaurant team, kitchen, and facility services, everyone was incredibly helpful and made our event seamless. A special thank you to Dave, Colleen, and Paul for all your assistance with the meeting room, restaurant, and AV services — we truly appreciate your support. We're also deeply grateful to Alyssa, Kelly, and Shanice for going above and beyond with event setup, catering, and handling our last-minute request to increase the guest headcount (we requested at 4pm the day before the event!). We’re already looking forward to hosting our next meeting here next year!

Stayed two nights for Sesame place. It was OK and the restaurant team was really great but this place does have some issues. Restaurant team was great giving us big table for 10 and great service the two mornings we were there. The hotel has little parking in the secure front lot. After that you have to park in back in a dark sketchy area. Getting to sesame on foot should be easy as it is so close but the town in 35 years has made no adjustment for sidewalks or even lighting for the road to the park. Dangerous walk. No shuttle. My room was handicap room which was fine but smelled like smoke. I failed to buy a park hotel package. Probably a mistake.

This is my last stay here. This is a property that has unfortunately been rundown in the last couple of years. The gym is still great!!!! That's it. The restaurant smells like fast food and only sells Josh Wines by the glass - for $16 / glass. My room was SO old. Zero accessible plugs near the bed. 3 lamps at one end of the room, no overhead lighting. NO CLOCK in my room. Cramped bathroom with a door that grazes the toilet seat. LOL. I put the bedding from the extra bed on my bed last night as the blankets are thin and light. This morning I discovered STAINS all over the duvets. :( I won't be staying here again. The location is great. I love the fruit water in the lobby and coffee in the morning. The gym is truly an asset at this location. But I'm not coming back again. My room is just gross and the bar / restaurant situation seems like something has changed for the worse since my last stay. If you are a Marriot loyalist, I can see a newer looking Springhill Suites from my room here.

stayed here as we were attending a funeral nearby the next morning. at 10pm, while getting ready for bed, our room door opens and two men with luggage are standing there, confused and shocked as to why we are also in the room. they left immediately, but as two women travelers, this is a nightmare situation. not sure how this even happens (giving other people staying in the hotel access to the same room), but do not stay at this location if you want to have a safe and peaceful trip.

We stayed here because of the proximity to Sesame Place. It’s a big building with an awkward parking situation — there’s not enough parking near the entrance so there’s and overflow area that is quite a hike from the front door.

Lounge access was included because of our status, but the lounge was a joke. There seemed to be no one maintaining it at all, either day of our stay. There were empty beer cans strewn about (although only soft drinks in the fridge) and almost no food to speak of. There were a few bottles of milk and single-serve tubs of yogurt in the fridge, and two unloved cereal dispensers on the counter, with no bowls or silverware in sight.

The room was dark and spacious. In-room fridge worked well but the TV signal was delivering a lot of static. Bed was not the most comfortable but wasn’t terrible. Bathroom had an awkward layout with the door nearly hitting the toilet. Water pressure in the shower was weak. Front desk staff was not interested in trying to help when these issues were brought to their attention.

From the moment I walk into this fabulous hotel I knew I would be returning. Was greeted by Ms. Williams. She has a attitude unmatched she informed me about the hotel as well as the area. While heading into my room I came across another staff member who was just as pleasant but wasn't able to get their name. Will make this my hotel every time I return to the area.

Spent 2 nights here for a work meeting. Good experience. Coworkers use this hotel often when we’re in town for work. Hotel building is older but has been updated - paint, wallpaper, carpet, bedding, etc. Location is good - lots of options for food and such nearby. Staff was friendly and responsive to needs. Full service bar. Will stay here again.

We often go to hotels to swim in the indoor pool, and this is one of the best we have ever been in, in fact we stayed there on Tuesday night, and returned again on Saturday night cause we liked it so much. Great, large pool area, and the pool was nice and warm. Excellent hottub as well.

The front desk staff that helped us during both visits was wonderful as well. And we loved the complimentary morning coffee. Looking forward to more visits.

We had our company holiday celebration at the Princeton Ballroom at the Sheraton. The event planner from the Sheraton (Alyssa) was extremely communicative and helpful with all of our questions. The ballroom was set up exactly as we requested, and the space was perfect for a company party. The food was great, and everyone enjoyed their time here!
