The room was very clean, safe, and big enough for me to do some work from the room. The only small negative was the tub had a rust leak, which could be fixed, but it didn't affect my stay. I stayed a week and the staff at the front desk was great. They were very friendly and helpful. I even checked out very early on my last day but left some personal property behind. The clean staff BETTY found them and handed them to the manager Mary. I called when I got home, and they mailed the items to me at NO CHARGE. If I had business or wanted to see the area again, I would stay again. They are around the Hotel has numerous shops, stores, and restaurants.
One of the best Hamptons I’ve stayed in. Stayed here while visiting Idlewild. Looks like the hotel has been recently updated. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was open. They provided gloves to use if you choose. The staff was frequently sanitizing the breakfast area and tables. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.
We booked this hotel which is nearby the Steelers Youth Football camp facility held at St Josephs College. Our room was clean and okay, did not use the breakfast service. Right next door to a couple of restaurants which was convenient. Hotel looks to be getting a refresh as they were painting the outside of the hotel.
This is a clean but older budget hotel. It met our needs for the night passing through on our trip. Nothing fancy and nothing to complain about. It did not have a refrigerator in the room, which would have been nice.
Overall the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I had a handicapped accessible room which was well laid out but the mattress was horrible and electronic room shades which you had to get a hotel employee to assist you per the sign on the controls. To me that’s an issue when you’re short handed.
The Hampton Inn Latrobe had everything we've come to expect from a Hilton property: a clean, comfortable room, good breakfast selection and courteous service. The staff was all extremely helpful. We would stay here again if we’re back in the area.
Check-in was very welcoming. Room was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable for me. I have a hard time getting to sleep but the comfort was a huge plus. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast because of my irregular sleep habits but definitely will in the future. Mary S, Mary O and Beth are very accommodating friendly and pleasant. I loved the quiet heating system (I can't say that enough). It's very important to an insomniac.
Pretty much sums it up and all the things one would want in a hotel. While I did not partake of the breakfast, it did smell great and the lobby space where it was served was spacious and inviting. Probably one of the best Hampton Inn locations I have recently stayed at.
I had mistakenly scheduled the wrong dates for my stay, and not only did the staff help me, they were incredibly empathetic and super-friendly. I could not have received better treatment from friends! My stay was wonderful - clean, safe rooms, delicious breakfast prepared by a friendly professional staff. Even though there was a volleyball team staying in the building, I had a quiet restful stay. Even checkout was courteous and friendly. Treatment like this is rare these days, and oh so welcome to this weary traveler. I will always remember the staff. Thank you.
This was a clean and understated place to stay. The breakfast bar is pretty comprehensive for a hotel in this classification. Service was presented with a welcoming smile regardless of the time of day. Rooms are a good size.
