This is your basic motel (room door opens to outside, not an inside hallway). We stayed in a room with a single king size bed, which was comfortable (advertised as all mew beds). The room was clean, but carpets were dated and worn around the edges / threshold. The wood paneled walls were also dated. Bathroom was small, with no shelves and a small vanity to put your toothbrush, toothpaste, etc., on. Also no towel bars to hang wash cloths on. The shower was old. Some rooms were advertised to have coffee makers, but ours did not, so glad I brought our own. The microwave oven and refrigerator in the room was nice, but no plates, cups, etc., so make sure you bring your own, if needed. Desk chair was very worn. Free breakfast in the lobby was basic, but nice. Other then the car alarm of the guest next to us going off, it was fairly quiet, but your could hear water running when the next door room took a shower and also could hear some voices, through the walls. Heat/ AC in room worked well. There is a nice book in the lobby listing near by restaurants, so that was helpful. We have stayed in motels like this severaltimes, in diffrent town and most are about the same as this one, some a little nicer and some not so nice. For the price we paid. We were happy.…
Last minute trip concert at penns peek close enough to the show at an affordable rate room was clean and cozy close to diner not much of a continental breakfast little tiny muffins, bagles, and cereal but better than nothing I would stay there again.Staff was very informative about the area and friendly
the hotel was clean, close to the venue we were visiting. not many amenities but staff were friendly and the price was reasonable. there were several eateries close by and close to major highways. easy parking.
Exactly as the title of this review says, don't judge this place by the outside looks. It definitely doesn't look appealing but I had no issues with our room and for the price, I would recommend. We were in room 30, so the back room on the end. I was skeptical at first but once you open the door it smelt good and the room was actually really clean. I've stayed in much more exspensive places that weren't as clean as this place was. Jamie at the front desk was friendly and made sure everything with my stay was up to my standards. If you book this place, don't expect something extravagant. It's a room and a bed to sleep in, that's it. Even though I say that, I highly recommend this place and if I'm ever in the area again I will stay here.
Based on the consistency of the very good or better 2019 reviews, we took a chance and were not disappointed. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable and refinished wooden floors are easy on your feet. Coffee was available in the lobby but I miss in room coffee service. Would stay here again.
