We were staying for a swim event that was riddled with problems from the blizzard of 2017. The inn keeper was excellent to deal with, very understanding and allowed us to amend our reservations due to the weather. We stayed in the apartments on main street and it was an excellent spot. Walking distance to restaurants, Like new amenities, very...

Two-night stay at Tawsty Flower's Market Street Loft. Great location on Lewisburg's main commercial street - quick walk to Bucknell Book Store and fun pubs. Cherry Lane Café around the corner for coffee and breakfast. Off-street parking space. The Loft consisted of open plan living/kitchen area with adjacent bedroom and bath. Nicely renovated apartment with owner's artwork. Comfortable sofa bed...

Had to cancel my reservation due to the snow storm and they charged me a cancellation fee. Perhaps the fine print allows them the right to do this, but is it good business practice? I asked for a voucher, but was denied. Other B&B in the area was much more accommodating. They lost a customer over $140 and of course...

I recently stayed at the Tawsty Flower as a guest at Bucknell and have nothing but great things to say about the place! There is off-street parking, which was excellent considering the location is ideal for walking around town. I was even able to walk to campus. It was safe and quiet, and I only heard noise out on the...

I recently stayed at the Tawsty Flower with another couple. We were in Lewisburg for a Bucknell event, and the location on 4th Street is perfect - you can park your car and leave it as both the town and campus are easily accessible on foot. The rooms are very clean and cozy. Jane's artwork on the main floor adds...

I stayed at the Tawsty on January 16th when I brought my daughter back to Bucknell after Winter break. It is by far the most pleasant and convenient place to stay for a Bucknell parent! The rooms are lovely, clean and quiet, and the Inn is ideally located off Market Street, near restaurants, shopping and Bucknell. My husband and I...

We travelled to Lewisburg for the Christkindl market, and were lucky to find this gem. The room was well attired with water and plenty of extra towels and pillows. Everything was spotless! The owners were very pleasant and we had plenty of personal attention at breakfast. The owner appeared immediately to make sure the coffee and other items were full,...

We used to live in Lewisburg years ago and felt like we had returned home on our recent stay at the Tawsty Flower. If you want to feel like you are part of the community , including the University this is the place for you. It is quiet, casually elegant and impeccably maintained. You won't find a better place to...

This is a very nice place. Everything is spotlessly clean. The owner is there whenever you need him, and leaves you alone when you don't need him. He gives you a key and you can come and go as you please. The B & B is very quaint but has all the modern amenities and is in a wonderful neighborhood....
