The Village at Pocono provided my partner and I a rather great visit! We booked a studio room, which was alright— we definitely got our money’s worth. No fridge or microwave in the studio room. The room was alright, but when we return I think we’ll opt for the 1-bedroom villa. The community they have is great! The Clubhouse and indoor aquatic area are both stellar. Only downfall I found is that WiFi in your room is not free, only in the clubhouse is it free. Otherwise it’s $5 per day per device. With spotty service in the area (which is given) it provided a little inconvenience. However, that’s the only downfall I found her. The rooms, amenities, and grounds clean and great. This was our first time to the Poconos, and the Village provided us a great stay. We will definitely be back!

The "room" was really a 1 bedroom apt with a large living room, large bedroom, and full kitchen. It was recently renovated so everything was pretty new. It's a gated community so I felt safe and relaxed. I feel refreshed , getting out of the city for a weekend stay here. I'd most certainly come back, two thumbs up !!!

We travel here on Memorial Day weekend with my daughter, boyfriend and her friend who slept on the couch in the living room. Everything is very clean. It's a little out of the way so look for Pocono Raceway. Yes, the interiors were plain, but we had everything we need to make meals and nothing was very far away. However, it doesn't have the hustle and bustle of the big hotels, which is fine when you're traveling with adults.

Quiet and nice setting. Very relaxing.

I made a reservation for the Villages at Poconos was made because of the high reviews. I was disappointed. The two bedroom apartment was spacious but the construction and furnishings were low end. The furniture in the living room was worn and torn. The grout in the tile was dirty or gone. The pool and rec center was closed because of Covid and there was nothing else available to do in the complex. I would not recommend this place.

My family and I stayed here over the weekend. This property was very impressive. We stayed in a beautiful two bedroom suite. It was very clean, modern, and well maintained. The amenities in the clubhouse were amazing. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and game room very much. The staff was extremely welcoming, helpful, and friendly. We would definitely come back!

We were so excited to find a 2 bedroom facility near skiing where we could take our dogs and be comfortable. The place is new..about 4 years old I was told. The rooms were clean and the kitchen nicely stocked. At first all seemed well..then came the evening. After a long day of skiing and a little pool at the clubhouse we headed home for a good night's sleep. What a horrible experience lay waiting for us. At 3:00 in the morning we heard loud music coming from the room next door. ..and then banging. It became louder and louder. Our bed was literally shaking. Then came the moaning..and the voices of a couple making love as if they were in the room with us. IT WAS HORRIBLE. IT WENT ON AND ON. We finally banged on our wall and evidently they were shocked enough to stop. We had a 13 year old in our room with us who of course woke up and asked questions. Our friend in the other bedroom actually heard them as well. I have travelled often and have stayed in many different hotels. I have NEVER experienced such an unpleasant situation. I was traumatized as was my son. Needless to say we didn't sleep all night. This is not a cheap roadside motel. We paid a lot of money for what we thought was a "nice" place. The fact that the walls were so thin we actually heard the next room as if they were with us was EXTREMELY disturbing. I will NEVER stay here again. Please be advised that all though this situation may not occur every visit I would never take that chance again! Unforunately there was no one to complain to and then I thought..well what would I say anyway. It wasn't exactly their fault as they were there to enjoy as well. I'd like to think if they knew we could share their private experience they would have been more cautious...so what to do? I guess I can warn others and hopefully someone who cares about repeat guests will take head. It's a shame..would have been nice..

I have no complaints about my stay. I am highly disappointed that my credit card information was improperly stored and ultimately compromised. Pay in cash. I would not trust this business with my credit card again.

My husband took me to the Village at Pocono for a weekend to celebrate my 40th birthday. We were hoping for some quiet and relaxation in a place neither of us had ever been before. Our room was fine for that (we had one of the studios)--it was clean and seemed new and was very quiet. But we were less than satisfied with the clubhouse/main building. Since this is common space, we didn't expect it to be completely quiet or private, but larger family groups had basically taken it over--moving furniture around, turning on the tv and then leaving the lounge, and covering the dining area with their things for hours. We had also reserved the theater to watch a favorite movie, but it is not at all sound-proof so we could still hear people running in the hallway and through the lounge, and the door does not lock so people were sticking their heads in repeatedly. The young man on staff on the first night was fine and quite nice, but by the second night when there were many more visitors in the clubhouse, the young girl on duty seemed indifferent at best and much more interested in her cell phone conversation than what was going on around her.

If we go back to the Poconos again, we'd find someplace else.

My husband and I stayed at the Village at Pocono April 27th-29th. The resort is very nice, new and clean. They had a lot of activities (pool, hot tub, tennis, basketball, bocci, billiard room, movie room, games etc...) We will definitely be back.

I love it here. I love the theater room and beds are comfy. Pool is nice too. The rooms are private and spacious. Kids had great time with the pool table. They have family games in the great room to play.

Hello, The grill is available dawn to dusk and during spring, summer and winter. It is used by coals so you will need to bring those prior to using it. The grill can not be reserved as it is first come first use and the movie theater room can be reserved only upon check in. If you have any other questions, please let us know.

Hello, The rooms are in 7 buildings and each building has 4 studio villas and 4-1 bedroom villas. There is a grill located at the clubhouse that is open dawn till dusk with 4 picnic tables. The 1 bedroom villas are equipped with all the items on the list and the front desk has ice to give out. I hope this helps and if you have any other questions, please feel free to ask.

We were there in October. I remember the kitchen being well stocked with basic items. I do remember wine glasses and an opener. I always bring a wine opener with me everywhere I go just in case. Yes there is an oven. dish soap and sponge provided. Bring your own coffee (there may have been coffee packets but don't exactly remember, but the rooms with kitchen do have a coffee pot and I think there were filters provided. I packed a cooler and brought half and half and other items we needed (we were there for a party). Not sure about the ice situation. during our stay we did not notice noise from other rooms. We did not use the club house or pool, but I don't know that wristbands would be necessary. The pool seemed beautiful and clean though. No one was using the pool when we were there. I don't believe that staff would permit it to get rowdy and out of hand. The office is in the club house pool area and I felt the staff to be very attentive. I believe the movie theatre has about a dozen seats. I think you have to reserve it, so it should not be a problem. It looked very nice. Ask when you get there or do check with the staff about any specific questions before you go, then you won't be worried. They provided us with a list of restaurants, things to do and directions. There a few restaurants within 3 miles. There is Woody's across the way. If you head into Lake Harmony you will find Piggy's, Terra Cotta Cottage, Shenanigans, Nick Lake House and Louie's Prime. All casual. You are in the mountains. Just google them or look on Trip Advisor. We printed out some of our own maps of the area before we went which was very helpful

Unfortunately The Village at Pocono does not have a restaurant on property but there are a few about 10 minutes away in the Lake Harmony area.

Hello, The Saunas are not Coed but there is a mans and woman's in each changing room. The indoor pool is heated through out the year to 82 degrees.
