Our family stayed here for a FH tournament at Spookynook. The hotel rooms were a great size for our family of 4 and were very clean. The staff here were more than accommodating and the girls loved the pool in the downtime. We used the main eating area for a team lunch one afternoon and rented the conference room for our last team dinner. Although there isn’t any restaurants nearby, we did find one that would deliver.
If here for a sports event at Spookynook, the location couldn’t be better. Very close and my son had the ability to go back and forth between my daughters games.
The only 2 reasons I couldn’t give it 5 stars is although it’s wonderful that breakfast is included, the breakfast itself (at least in our 3 days) was horrible. There were bagels and yogurt which the girls ended up eating every day but the other options were very limited and what there was for options (scrambled eggs and baked granola) wasn’t very good.
The other reason is although this location is perfect for Spookynook there is nothing else around. If you want a coffee, restaurant or even a quick outing you need to drive least 15 minutes.
Overall we did have a great stay though and if at Spookynook again, this would be our first choice.

The hotel staff and management worked very hard to ensure our needs were met. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful even amidst the chaos of the many youth sports teams staying the weekend. The hotel has a patio/ picnic area and a grassy area beyond where we picnicked because the tables were full. There are farms beyond the grassy area, and farm animals that were fun to watch. They hotel and rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. Rooms are very spacious and well equipped. In addition to the free continental breakfast items, there is a catering service that serves made to order breakfast, which is nice for a change. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Comfort Suites for 3 days while visiting different attractions in and around Lancaster County. Our stay was very restful and it was within 30 minutes of all the places we visited. The breakfast was delicious and staff was helpful when refilling items. The only thing that could have been better was the cleaning staff did not make the beds or clear out used washcloths. When we asked about our beds, the next day the cleaning person just threw the blankets on, not really making the beds. Other than that, the staff did a great job!

The Comfort Inn is a typical mediocre value hotel. The hotel is new and that's about it. The front desk was friendly enough at check-in and that was the only staff we ever saw except for the breakfast attendant. There is no housekeeping other than new towels, no one makes the beds, cleans the bathroom, vacuums etc. Additionally my daughter found crumbs in her bed which made us think the bed linens hadn't been changed after the last guest. I booked a room with two queen beds but our room had two double beds. I asked the front desk about the beds and was told they were queens. I measured the beds and they were 54", the size of a standard double bed. The hotel provides a pantry where guests can purchase snacks, ice cream, soft drinks and even wine/beer which was nice. However there was no option to charge things to the room, each transaction had to be with a card or cash. This only added to the budget vibe. Breakfast options were scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles. Plus a handful of muffins, oatmeal (that you make yourself by adding hot water) and some cereal. All served on paper plates and plastic utensils. The breakfast attendant was dressed in jeans, hooded sweatshirt and baseball cap with sunglasses on top. No uniform or anything to suggest he was with the hotel which seemed to be a common theme, no one wore a uniform. All this serves to remind you this is a budget hotel. For $189+ tax/night I would have expected a bit more. I usually stay at Hyatt and have Globalist status. This hotel really re-enforced why I try to only use Hyatt. Even Hyatt's budget properties (Hyatt House and Hyatt Place) are much better than this hotel.

The hotel is very close to Spooky Nook which is the only redeeming quality, we were in town for a volleyball tournament. There are no restaurants or other amenities near the hotel. I likely would not use this hotel in the future.

Nice location to the sports complex however there are some issues the need to be addressed. I imagine this hotel brings in decent money since its location is ideal for anyone going to Spooky Nook. Breakfast was bad, rooms need a lot of TLC overall it’s better to pay more and drive in. Avoid the suspicious stains on the furniture and the reusable bottles of water down shampoo (if you are bold no issue if you have long hair pick up a handful at the front desk).

The room was incredibly clean and spacious. It was very comfortable both for sleeping and for relaxing on the sofa. The staff was friendly and always eager to help. We were pleasantly surprised by the good hot breakfast that the staff served, expecting only cold items on the weekend. The hotel took the COVID precautions seriously, allowing the proper distancing in the dining area and lobby area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will stay there again when we return to the area.

My friend and I recently stayed at the Comfort Suites Manheim and we were both so pleased with this hotel! I had a beautiful room facing the farmlands in the back; he faced the highway in the front. I can only speak for myself when I say I thought the hotel was very clean and the staff was fabulous! Special thank you to Tia for blocking my room with the nice view and shout outs to Erin and Brandy too at the Front Desk who were friendly, professional and efficient.

My room was HUGE! It had 2 queen beds and a sofa. Bath products smelled good. I took advantage of the pool (very small) and gym too. I had a wonderful night's sleep. It was so quiet and they also institute a quiet policy after 10pm which I think is great!

The free breakfast was definitely ample as well. Good scrambled eggs, fruit, muffins, coffee, juice etc.

This hotel is conveniently located about 30 minutes from Hershey. On the way back to NYC, my friend and I stopped at Lititz, PA which was a cute little town.

Highly recommend if you are in the area. You won't be disappointed.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We needed restaurant recommendations. We used their recommendation twice and were very happy. The room was very clean and comfortable. The walk-in shower was great with plenty of hot water. Safety precautions were in place for Covid. We were not expecting a hot breakfast and were pleasantly surprised to have eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon, along with the biggest muffins I have ever seen. The breakfast was safely served to us. We could have 2nds of anything we asked for. It was a great place for our family to relax and enjoy our visit.

hotel is pretty new so everything was clean and in good condition. standard room layout. ac was quiet and comfortable. staff were friendly. pool was clean and not crowded when we were there.

The one notable downside was that the free breakfast was pretty weak. free choices were limited and not very healthy (cmon guys, no bananas!?) Our kids’ cereal and milk was extra but the hotel room rates are very reasonable, so it all works out :)

I suggest asking for a room facing the rear. it looks out onto scenic farm landscape (as opposed to highway view at the front). There’s a nice patio area behind the hotel with picnic tables to take in the view (there was also a little tiki bar setup but it wasn’t open when we were there). we enjoyed watching the sheep grazing at sunset.

Place was clean, but TV had very few channels (several shopping choices!) and the remote's buttons were nearly worn off. The miniature bathroom body lotion container was empty. And housekeeping knocked at the door at 9 a.m. to clean the room. Staff very pleasant. One thing I've noticed about many of these places is that the bathroom lighting is so low it's hard to apply makeup.
