We stayed at Hazel and Mark's farm for two nights with our 3-year-old daughter. We loved the house (super clean, very well-maintained and equipped), the farm activities, the animals, the delicious breakfast, the "farm-themed" kids' toys, and most importantly, the hosts, who give you an undisturbed yet caring feeling, with their touch of humor. Our daughter had such a fond...

Hazel and Mark are so kind and welcoming. Their farm and the area around it is beautiful. We had very cold weather but the upside is that we had the place to ourselves and our 7 year old daughter Caroline LOVED the miniature horses, feeding the sheep, collecting the eggs, playing in the muddy creek and talking to Mark and...

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Airy Hill. Hazel made wonderful breakfast each morning and even shared some recipes. We were the only two people there for this weekends and had wonderful chats with Mark and Hazel. The animals at the farm are great for families with small kids and Mark gives you a great tour around...

Hazel and Mark, Thank you for opening your home to my family. We loved your hospitality and Monkey Cakes! We look forward to future visits. The kids are still speaking about the fabulous farm tour with Mark. We hope to see you again in the summer of 2016.

We had a great time. Beautiful house up on a hill. Exceptional hospitality from Mark and Hazel. Family oriented. Excellent breakfasts. Receive a recipe book of breakfast foods. Had fun feeding the farm animals - chickens, sheep, 2 mini horses and 2 alpacas. Property has a hot tub, playground, stream for fishing. We stayed in the Harvest room with a...

My wife and I recently stayed at Mount airy b & b, with our three children. It was very clean. The breakfasts were amazing and Hazel was extraordinarily helpful with our daughter's dietary requests. The farm sits amidst acres and acres of farmland, so it is very quiet, except for the birds which sang beautifully. At night we lit a...

We had a fantastic stay at Airy Hill Farm! Our hosts were wonderful & when we left it was like leaving family. With 3 adults & a 14 year old, we had the whole 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms & a bath. There were 12 for breakfast plus our hosts. The food was delicious. The rolling hills, the animals, etc....

Hazel and Mark were lovely hosts and our stay was wonderful. We brought our two girls to stay at the farm and explore the surrounding area. They adored the animals on the farm and their morning tour with Mark to visit the animals was a highlight -- they will never forget it! The property was beautiful and our room was...

This truly lovely B&B is nestled on a hill with a gorgeous landscape that includes sheep, miniature horses, and alpacas. Our six year-old son enjoyed collecting eggs, feeding the animals, and walking the horses and alpacas every morning. The whole scene is like something out of a Rockwell painting -- simply beautiful. One evening we returned after dark and over...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Airy Hill Farm Bed and Breakfast is a strikingly beautiful retreat. Sheep pastures wrap the hillside house and gardens, which overlook woodland and a stream in one direction and mountains and farm fields in the other. The clean-lined house takes full advantage of the site. A vaulted ceiling and bank of windows in the main living area bring the outdoors in, while decks and porches invite guests back outside. Soft, earth-toned wall colors change with the progression of light. Family antiques and art pieces combine with a fresh modern layout. ... more   less
