Ok, hotel was definitely more than I expected because my husband booked the rooM. From the outside you are kind of skeptical. It basically looks like a warehouse . Signs were available to point you in the right direction . Upon entry front desk was VERY helpful and friendly . We were only staying there for sight and sound trip but ended up Utilizing our spare time to enjoy the hotel . We were gifted with $10 in arcade room for the kids . The hotel is MASSIVE ! Everything a sports fanatic would love is available in this space . Had I known this I would’ve packed sneakers and shorts lol . Kids had a great time and didn’t want to leave . I personally didn’t sleep well because the bed was too hard for me but the kids slept like babies on the pullout couch . One flaw we forgot to tell the front desk , in the morning a child used their key to enter our room .

I recently organized a company meeting for 200 people right in the midst of this whole Coronavirus scare. We had a lot of last-minute cancellations. A lot of last-minute tweaks. Steve Dilley handled every single request happily. From the menus to the AV, he was the very best.
Abigail Shondelmyer handled our reservations and they changed a LOT. She was able to accommodate everyone, every request. She really went above and beyond for our group.
We did a 60 Seconds To Score team-building exercise and the 3 young men that assisted with that were great! they kept everyone informed and entertained.
Every single server, every buffet attendant, every bartender, literally every single Warehouse staff member I encountered was just the best.
They make planning large events so easy. The hotel itself is immaculate. They took extra precautions to ensure the safety and peace of mind of all of our attendees.
We have used Spooky Nook for the last few years and I couldn't foresee going with any other place.
They are the epitome of excellent customer service. I would highly recommend the hotel, the meeting spaces, and the restaurant to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

We truly enjoyed our stay at The Warehouse. The hotel was accommodating, friendly, very clean, and comfortable. We stayed in a King Suite with our three children and never felt overcrowded. They were able to provide extra blankets when needed and are eco friendly, which we appreciated.

With no views except for the parking lot, no sheer curtains to give some privacy, small-sized rooms, an apathetic hotel manager, poor security (anyone could walk in and get into the elevator), bare to basic necessities, I’d give a 1-star rating, but they got one thing right: the hotel restaurant serves awesome food.

Tip: stay at a nearby hotel and drive to Spooky Nook daily for your activities. This hotel is not worth the extra sums paid in the name of proximity to Spooky Nook.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback about your stay! We apologize that we missed the mark with our thick curtains and not the best selection of views. Unfortunately, re purposing a former warehouse into a hotel does not leave much room for spectacular views other than the thriving trees along our property. When you stay again be sure to ask for a room in the upper 2 and 300's facing out. These rooms over look the grass and trees the most. We appreciate your kind comments about the food in our restaurant, we agree it's pretty awesome. Hope to see you again soon! Sincerely, Lisa Eshleman Warehouse Front Desk Manager

This is our fourth stay at this hotel and each time it gets worse.
We stay for the convenience (wrestling trip), but this will be our last.
The hotel is overpriced with no amenities and poor customer service. One restaurant with inconsistent food and long waits.

Our room was dirty. Hair all over bathroom, dirty pillows, dirty bed spread. Walls and head board splattered with what appeared to be some type of red sauce. Bathroom handles and door covered in makeup. Fridge also had never been cleaned. Luckily, I bring my own cleaners. At over 500 bucks for two nights and a 100 dollar incidental charge, I shouldn't have to clean. Maybe they should pay me for my service.

To add insult to injury some guests are given an arcade credit with their stay, this time i was not.
Some guests were granted a late check out I was told I couldn't request one until 7am the next day.

Beyond disappointed. Avoid this place its gone down hill.

Amenities are nice, although all are at a cost unless you bring your own sports balls (courts are free to use if they are open, but balls are not provided)
Front desk is super helpful.
Restaurant had fast service and decently priced.
Room is clean.
The major downside is the room noise. I can hear my neighbors conversation as of there isn't a wall between our rooms. Same goes for hallway noise. I've never been in a hotel that conversations are so clearly heard.
The noise is bad enough to take away from all the other positives that the hotel provides.

Kelly, Thank you for taking time out to leave us an honest review! Any balls for any sport surfaces are provided, you just have to see Guest Services on the complex side for the ball you need. We apologize we missed the mark in volume of noise, but are happy we met your expectations in cleanliness, guest service and service and food in the restaurant. Thanks again, and we look forward to your next visit with us. Sincerely, Lisa Eshleman Warehouse Hotel Front Office Manager

As we were going to be passing through the Lancaster County area, we found Warehouse online. What a great place to spend the night! The king sized bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious . The desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. The a.m. clerk suggested a place for breakfast (Black Olive Diner) that was a great stop for eating before we got back on our journey. The facility is really nice and such a great idea for the community and team travel sports families. We would definitely go back.

This was an interesting place. We enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was nice too. We had a nice dinner here in the evening. They have a buffet breakfast that was nice also but the people leaving after their event were taking advantage of this. I don't know how the staff could stop this without being rude because the group of people themselves were rude. People were loading up the boxes with all of one thing taking a portion for 15 people easily and empty the tray of food. They also were cutting into the line because they had to go. The wait staff hustled to cook up more and hustle it out for the line of people who were in the restaurant. I have the feeling this is something that some of the sports folks do on a regular basis from the look on the staff faces. This is a sports event venue which was interesting to watch the activity going on about us. We also enjoyed the game room which I'm sure when the kids have free time is normally packed but it was quite pleasant when we were there. Liked the whole atmosphere. Rooms were clean, up to date and comfortable. The parking was one way and you had to go back out into the road to get to the front again to load your bags up. I'm sure this is due to the buses and volume they get when they have several events but it was very odd.

My son and I where in town for a volleyball tournament. We had a issue with our reservation that we made through a travel site. Mandy at the front desk went above and beyond. The value of customer service she provides is amazing!! We will always stay at the Warehouse hotel when in town, Mandy has won my business for life. I have traveled extensively, for work and pleasure, and very rarely write reviews. A room is a room, a bed is a bed but customer service like this hotel provides can not be bought! Thank you! Chris

I have stayed at the Warehouse at least a dozen times. You obviously can’t beat the proximity to the Nook. That’s great. But the restaurant is not open late, and the rooms are beginning to feel a bit worn after the luster of a new hotel has faded. It’s still a great place to stay if you have a tournament at the Nook.
