The location and room was perfect for riding our Polaris RZR side-by-side from our room to the Allegheny National Forest. I called three weeks after we checked out to see if they found a flashlight in the room. Stephanie said one was turned in but they didn't know what room it came from. She mailed it to me immediately. I...

Small,pet-friendly family friendly lodging. Rustic theme. Perfectly comfortable and owners have great knowledge and tips of activities in area. Direct access to ATV/Snowmobile trails. I was actually passing through area and happened to find The Forest Lodge by accident. Glad I did. Very pleasant and quiet. Will be back for sure.

I'm only rating it average because I thought for what we paid for the basement it could of been a lot more up to date and a little cleaner , don't get me wrong it was clean but had a musty smell to it . but it was somewhere to sleep and shower after we were done riding... if I...

I was looking for anything pet friendly and found the Forest Lodge by accident. As others have said, the rooms are neat, clean and rustic. Frank and Sue were excellent hosts. They gave us the lay of the land with plenty of good insight ... When they talk ... listen. It really made our trip an enjoyable/memorable one ... beautiful...

An old time motel. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Knotty pine, nice setting. Not the Ritz but this is Marienville. Frank & Sue were nice hosts and accommodated our needs. We spent 3 nights and can recommend this motel. Priced right.

The Forest Lodge motel is a rustic little place. The rooms are small (smaller than comparable motels I've stayed in) but pretty clean and comfortable. The bathroom/shower is particularly small. But the beds were pretty comfortable and we got a decent night's sleep which is about all we needed.

Frank & Sue were so helpful in making the arrangements for our large group! We stayed in the hotel rooms, basement apartment & cabin. The back field behind the accommodations was perfect to set up activities like corn hole & kick ball, and there was a swing set for the kids. We felt like we were in my Grandparents back...

We really like this place. We've stayed there twice an would happily go back again. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is it isn't fancy, and I don't want anyone to have false impressions. Everything is as clean as can be. If you like ATV riding and being out in nature, this is the place to be.

I stayed here last weekend. If you have a big rig you will have to request the top of the hill. The campsites are beautiful. I have a two wheel drive and lots of weight so I had trouble with the campsite hill. He should have made the campsite up top for RV's. If you have a small trailer or...
