I think this is ok, average motel... plus point being nearby airport and nearby Giant superstore...the staff is friendly too, also has restaurants and gas nearby, with wifi inbuilt too in the price, I think this is a good value for money choice when nearby Harrisburg airport

I work out of town several times a year and stay mostly at hotels, this is my first review. I have to say I read some negative reviews on this hotel, but I had to check it out anyway as the price and location were ideal. Renovations have been ongoing over the past year to improve the motel, I was happy with my large room and accommodations and was never bothered by any noise or inconvenience during my stay. The owner was very friendly as well as the staff. The grocery store is 2 minutes away(Giant), stores, restaurants and gas all centrally located. The free in room wifi was very fast as well. All in all I had a pleasant stay and feel I got great value for my money.

I had no idea it would be such an adventure. This 50s motel is out of a movie. Psycho. Only 3 rooms available for use. Although three renovated it was make shift. The motel is surrounded by a cemetery on 3 sides. Bed clean. Bath and rest of room questionable. Only place available for miles.

stinky/musty smelling room. got it switched out to one slightly better, smelt like old smoke, room not clean, very run down. We needed a place that was not outrageous in price and on short notice. as it turned out,was very overpriced for what was offered. Would have been better sleeping in our vehicle. would not recommend at all

Needed a place to sleep near Penn State Harrisburg campus, and this was close and inexpensive. The room was fine for my needs. It was clean, had a refrigerator and microwave, working TV, and was quiet. The owner was kind and helpful. I like to stay in small, family run establishments when I can, and I'm glad I chose the Starlite. The location is perfect if you're needing something near Hershey or the Harrisburg Airport. No breakfast, but there is a Giant grocery store very nearby. Totally recommended for the price.
