Rude Staff! Smells like Marijuana when you walk in. I was charged for a room even though I simply walked out because of the Wi-Fi was currently offline. The cool cat behind the counter couldn't figure it out. I was charged even though I didn't stay the night. The General Manager got me only because I had a washcloth inside the bathtub even though I never used the shower. GARBAGE HOTEL! Swing on over to Fairfield Inn by Marriott! AWESOME STAFF AND THEY HAVE A KILLER SWIMMING POOL! You won't get that at Super 8.

This Super 8 is well above average for the brand. Clean, comfortable, and an excellent staff on duty day and night. The property is well maintained and the rooms seem to be cleaned and prepared with care. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip through this area.

Despite some bad reviews i have read turns out the hotel and room is in good order and very clean. Very friendly welcome from a smiling front desk. I had a 3rd floor room and looked newly renovated. Everything was in good working order and would use the bathtub if had the time. Yes, like some reviewers said the side of the tub to the wall has black mold on the caulking but nothing serious. Comfortable bed, even a safe microwave and fridge(we only.used the bed) in the room. This is a kuch better Super 8 then the one we stayed in Memphis(read our other review on this trip). Same WiFi issue as other motels we stayed, had to re-connect several times in the morning to use the net. Breakfast was good and satisfying. Value for money and a comfortable stay. *PS-not sure why there was a city wide siren going on outside at 3:30am that kept me up.…

Discriminated against me due to having a service animal, very dirty, out of milk, yogurt and toast for breakfast leaving nothing but dry cereal and granola bars, reeked of marijuana and cigarette smoke in the halls and my room from other guests, and the staff was extremely rude and aggressive when I went to check out due to these concerns. They illegally charged me a nightly pet fee for my service animal though Pennsylvania state law says it is illegal to discriminate or charge people for service animals.

Checked in and turned the TV on. Imagine reception if you lived on the moon. Like watching TV through a snowstorm. Truly unwatchable. Checked with the front desk. Was told to go behind the TV and give the cable a good shake and see if that helps. Not kidding. Should invest in some televisions from this century. Really embarrassing Wyndham.

As a military family, we place a tremendous emphasis on the safety and dependability of the hotel that we visit on a bi-monthly basis. Enough can not be said of the care that Wilma and staff take in ensuring that our stay is consistently comfortable. We have spend a decent amount of our career traveling as our line of work requires constant movement. In our 18 months of visiting this hotel we have yet to leave 1 review.
