I stay here every time that I visit Pittsburgh - and I'm usually really happy. Not so much this time!! The staff wasn't as friendly or helpful. The front desk staff didn't want to be bothered. The room was noisy - don't get the highway & train side of the hotel And I had to call down twice for more...

I apologize that the level of service you received was not up to yours/our expectations. This was not our goal and we look forward to using your feedback as a training tool. We do hope you will try the hotel again for a future stay.

First the good: This is a clean, comfortable hotel, and THE place to stay if you plan to attend any activities at PNC Park. We found it super-relaxing and easy just to walk across the street to the ballgame. However, they didn't accommodate late checkout to any degree even though my BF who made the reservation is Marriott Executive Platinum...

Our location does make it easier for guests to attend games at either PNC Park or Heinz Field. Just walk across the street or a few blocks down the road and you will run right into either stadium. With our close proximity to the stadiums, we sometimes are unable to accommodate late check out requests. We try to give our...

My daughter wanted to go to NYC for her birthday. I didn't want to take a group of girls to NYC so.... I settled on Pittsburg instead. We took a long weekend and ended up here! It was perfect. The rooms where wonderful - love the set up, living room, kitchen and bedroom - I didn't want to leave! The...

We are so happy you choose our hotel for your daughter's birthday. The shuttle, billards room with the movie theater makes it nice to get out of the hotel to sight see or stay in and relax. The location is perfect as you are near the stadiums, downtown, and plenty of restaurants. We are delighted you enjoyed your stay and...

Hotel is perfectly located. Very clean and a modern feel. Hotel staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast was also plentiful and good. The only negative thing I have to say about this hotel is there was no hot tub. :(

If your going to Pittsburgh for a ball game or just exploring a really nice city stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for sports, dinner, drinks or shopping. We walked the city but the shuttles from hotel took you everywhere in Pittsburgh you needed to go. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were big and very clean....

We are happy you enjoyed your stay with us for the Steelers game. Our hotel does make it easier for you to just walk out the door and down the street to Heinz Field. The complimentary is nice if you don't want to walk around an unfamiliar city as well. We are delighted that our front office staff was exceptional...

Have stayed on 2 occasions to date, and hotel staff have been very friendly, as accomodating as could be, and very helpful in seeking navigation routes, good restaurants in the area, and complimentary shuttle services within a 3-mile radius. The facility additionally has an breakfast daily and an evening buffet during the week, which has fresh fruit and vegetables among...

We are delighted you have chosen us the last couple of times you have been to our city. We are happy that the front office staff were able to accommodate any all requests that you had. It can be hard to navigate through the city and we are happy you were able to utilize our complimentary shuttle. Reservations can be...

WOW, this was the first time we stayed at a Residence Inn. We loved it! So fresh, clean and wonderful staff!! Perfect walking to PNC Park and the football stadium. You can walk to the beautiful River Walk and its fun bar's and food. It is also very close to a "T Station".

Loved that I could walk out of the hotel and go straight to the stadium but if I had to do it all again I would have driven the 30 minutes out and stayed for about $150 less!! The room was $269 a night. Breakfast was average and the room was not perfect by all means. The location though is...

Very convenient location to anything and everything in Pittsburgh. Located across the street from the home plate entrance to PNC Park and less than 5 blocks away from Heinz Field, if you were any closer you'd need a ticket for the game! You can walk across the Clemente Bridge and be in downtown in less than five minutes, or take...

The hotel is very clean, and the front desk staff was helpful. Location is good -- across the street from PNC park -- and there is a parking lot right at the hotel ($19/night). Lots of restaurants nearby. The pool is TINY - think enormous hot tub. Breakfast was good. Hotel has a shuttle that runs on the 1/2 hour...
