This is the second time we have stayed in Pittsburgh. The hotel is right next to the PPG Paints Arena, so it was easy to get. No parking issues. The hotel was awesome! Our room was clean and everything worked. The check-in process was easy...More
My husband and I stayed here after a hockey game, and I can not imagine ever staying anywhere else. The hotel offered great service. I called the day we were planning on checking in with a request to change our room to one that offered...More
We stayed here a few years ago when my husband took continuing ed classes at Duquesne. I could walk downtown and explore or enjoy the fitness room, pool and hot tub. "This would be a great place to stay to see a Penguins Game since...More
Let me start off by saying that we stayed here last January and I wrote a wonderful review because we had such a positive experience at this hotel. However, this year couldn’t have been more different. I originally had booked us a room at a...More

Cambria Suites is attached to the PPG arena. The bar is great and rooms are fabulous. Marriott is across the street and is nice too. Bar at Marriott has never been as fun for us... could just be the luck of the draw.. also Very close (less than one block) is the Doubletree. Their rates are typically less than either Cambria or Marriott. Doubletree is older but still nice. Bar at Doubletree is hit and miss. Then if you don't mind s few block walk, Embassy Suites is close by. Very nice rooms but pretty quiet and reserved bar area. Those are our "go to" places-- all great options! We visit the area about 5-10 nights a year on average so feel like we have s pretty good reference point based on our experience in that specific area. Have a great time! Enjoy the concert!
