Just stayed one night, but it was very nice. The staff was terrific and the room was big, clean and well appointed. The hotel is conveniently located with either valet parking for $35 a night or the parking deck across the street for $13 a night.

I am a Marriott Sales Manager for multiple properties and the staff here was beyond excellent. Simone was one of the best front desk agents I have ever encountered. She was extremely friendly and truly enjoyed her position. I will be coming back to this hotel just because of her customer service.

This is a well located hotel with modern design in an old building. The rooms are spacious and beds good, but just not that comfortable. Not the lack of adequate seating and a desk chair that cannot be easily moved. Also black out drapes are inferior. Street noise can also be a problem. Rooms are ok but need a little...

Very nice spot right in the middle of downtown Pittsburgh. Within walking distance to some great bars and restaurants in the Cultural District and across the Roberto Clemente bridge to the North Shore. Everyone at the Renaissance was very helpful and friendly, especially Jordan at the front desk and the valet staff. Would definitely book here again next time I'm...

Stayed during Christmas and it was lovely. The grand staircase is breathtaking. They greet the children checking in with a wagon full of little $1 toys. They can pick something. That was sweet. The room was quiet, spacious. Only improvement would be a bed side table on BOTH sides of the bed and softer towels but that's just minor. The...

I was in town for a business meeting at the hotel, only lasting for a single day. My perspective therefore does not have additional feedback around room service and other amenities which I would have experienced during a longer stay. The room I stayed in was a single king and was fairly large and extremely clean. The interesting thing is...

Located barely a block away from the Cultural District and catty corner with Market Saquare, The Renaisssance Hotel is an Architectural masterpiece, located in Downtown. The staff is very well prepared, nice bar located right next to the lobby, the rooms are big and nice decorated, it was a shame we could only stay one night.

We had the most fabulous stay at the Renaissance! Every single person, from the valet Jeff to the Braddocks Pub bartender Michael, was friendly, professional and just plain nice! We were so impressed, and we cannot wait to come back again soon!

Great first impression. Beautiful lobby! Front desk made sure to put us in a room with a great view and in the same floor as our friends. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. It was awkward that there was only one chair to sit in while visiting with friends in room. I must say that EVERY...

I stayed at the Renaissance Pittsburgh for three nights on a business trip. This is a good downtown hotel option, with a bit more character than a typical chain hotel. The lobby in particular has a nice, old school vibe. WHY YOU'D LIKE THE RENAISSANCE PITTSBURGH 1. Comfortable rooms. Other reviews have cited the river view rooms. Even though I...
