The staff is friendly, and offer good service. The pool and the jacuzzi was great! Now the room- for the price I expected better. It's not very clean. Nothing major, but just the overall cleaning of the room and bathroom. The pillow cases had stains on them. I'm not picky about the size but the cleanliness. Breakfast is supposedly a deluxe...

Had the opportunity to stay last night with my grandson and his friend after attending the Stage AE concert with Lindsey Sterling. The room was spacious and bed felt great! Really enjoyed the friendliness of everyone from front desk to the ladies who prepared the breakfast. Will definitely stay there again if out that way. Recommended by my daughter and son...

Overall it's an ok hotel. The staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was good. Good location. My biggest issue was how hot it was in the common areas of the hotel. It was very hot (mid nineties) during our stay but there was no air in the hallways. Thankfully the room air worked fine. No one mentioned that the...

Front desk staff was friendly upon check out, but not in check in. There wasn't an elevator for our 3rd floor room...but it is set up like a split level home, so we only had about 18 steps to climb...but this is a lot when carrying an ice chest. The room was clean, shower was hot and clean, breakfast was...

I don't usually take to these review sites, but I could not stand the thought of people choosing this assuming it to be help under certain franchise standards. There were snacks and dirt around the bed- the cleaner hadn't bothered to look around one side of it. The bathroom was grimy and had a small piece of soap from the...

Do yourself a favor and stop on the road somewhere else. Awful staff, slow and inefficient. Gross rooms. Funky smell in lobby. There is no elevator to the second floor which can be very difficult for some guest and isn't advertised. The sidewalks are crumbling and dangerous.

The rooms were musty and crappy. They price gouged us for $689.97 for 3 nights because the US Open was in the area. Then I checked my credit card balance afterwards and there was an extra $100 added on as a 14% hotel tax for a 3 day total of $786.57. OUCH !! I will NEVER stay in that hotel...

The location is very good and was convenient to restaurants and shopping. It is well maintained. The pool and whirlpool were very nice and it is surprising to have a full sized pool. The breakfast was a full breakfast with lots of choices. Good bed.
