Average room but very nice indoor pool/hot tub area! Also great free breakfast buffet in a restaurant with many cool photos and entertainment icons. Like all State college hotels, the price goes way up on 'event' weekends, but otherwise around $100 a night.

William, Thank you for taking the time to write a positive review regarding your stay at the Ramada. We are delighted that you enjoyed the indoor pool and breakfast buffet. The memorabilia is my favorite part of the restaurant as well! We appreciate your business and hope to see you again soon! Best Regards, Nichole Lambert

I have been staying in this hotel to attend the annual meeting of the PA Chapter of The Wildlife Society for over 10 years. The restaurant, PJ Harrigans, is great. Decent food, plenty to drink and reasonable prices. The hotel itself is clean and fairly well maintained but old and a little tired. Apparently there are not enough housekeeping staff...

We stayed at the Ramada for Blue and White weekend and it was perfect for a quick "bros weekend". While the property could use some remodeling as some of the features seem outdated, the rooms were clean, breakfast and dinner was delicious, and the hotel was quite even though we went during one of the major weekends in State College....

Our hotel was one of the first built in the area so we are working to upgrade our rooms, however with 284 rooms our renovations must be completed in stages. Your...

Our rooms were OK, hotel could use updated a bit. Bathrooms are old. But otherwise room was fine. The kids love the pool area, and it's nice to have the restaurant and bar connected to the hotel! We enjoyed our stay, wished the outdoor pool was open as well - the weather was beautiful!

Wendy, Thank you for your feedback! Because of unpredictable weather we open our outdoor pool on Memorial Day Weekend every year. We provide the indoor pool as an alternative to our guests during the winter months and we are pleased that your family enjoyed it. Again thank you for taking the time to write a review, we hope that you...

This was my first stay at a Ramada and most likely the last. Every employee that I dealt with was very nice and helpful so that was not the problem. We were checked in to our room and I was disappointed to find that the room was not cleaned when we got there. I had to call the front desk...

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, our rooms were dirty. It seemed like the towels had been in the room forever as they had a layer of dust on the. The dressers has not been dusted in months. The windows were dirty. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned and the sheets were suspect. I was disappointed to...

Spent a week in the State College Ramada, for a week of training. It was like spending a week at home. Room service kept my room stocked and clean, with no issues at all. Clean rooms, outstanding facility with place to eat great food, right in the facility. Beautiful pool and everyone was helpful when asked. I slept as well...
