My husband and I recently stayed at the Inn at Tyler Hill. We were really looking forward to getting away for a few days, and the Inn at Tyler Hill was the perfect place to do just that. Even prior to our stay the service was top notch. Delanie went above and beyond to help make our stay spectacular. She provided food recommendations and even looked up tickets for us to visit Bethel Woods before we got there. We were only staying one night, but we really got to experience a lot within our short time thanks to Delanie! When we arrived, Delanie provided us with a warm welcome and was even playing Woodstock music since she knew we were interested in visiting Bethel Woods. She showed us where we’d be eating breakfast at the main house then showed us to our room. The room was spacious, clean, and so cozy! We stayed in the barn that overlooked the lake. It was very sweet and romantic. In our room were chocolate covered strawberries that sat on top of Oreos decorated to look like mini Christmas trees - so cute and SO tasty! Breakfast the next morning was delicious and a great way to start our day and journey back home. Overall, it was an incredible experience and we HIGHLY recommend to anyone who will be in the area. We also recommend the Italian restaurant Peppino’s and the Bethel Woods 1969 Woodstock Museum. …
One of the best getaways I've ever had. Nicole and Set made everything from booking to check out seamless. They were great hosts and were generous with their hospitality. I stayed in one of the Barn suites. It was very clean, well stocked and inviting. The towns around the Inn were literally minutes away. I will definitely book future trips here. Fantastic experience.
Can not say enough about this quaint little place that is tucked away in the farm hills of Tyler Hill PA There are (6) rooms in the "Red Barn" which were the most welcoming rooms I've seen. We were welcomed with home baked chocolate cookies waiting for us in our room. The hosts Nicole 7 Ste were so very friendly! The freshly prepared breakfasts were so very very good, each one different each morning. There was a great wrap around porch to sit on to watch the sun set with a glass of wine. There was also a place for a campfire all set up for us. All we had to do was light the match. Will definitely look forward to going back. Was only about 20 minutes from Bethel Woods NY where Woodstock took place. The Woodstock Museum was a great attraction.
Everything about our weekend getaway to the Inn at Tyler Hill was perfection. The Inn keepers Ste and Nicole could NOT BE SWEETER!! Ste was so helpful and kind on the phone when I was initially booking. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Nicole literally waiting outside with her adorable baby on her hip and a huge smile. Our Barn Suite was IMMACULATE, cozy, rustic, yet with a modern flair. Everything from the homemade chocolate chip cookies, organic K-Cups, bougie toiletries, and fancy shower was delightful! The breakfast was OUTRAGEOUS - ALL the things - yet somehow you weren't left feeling gross after because everything was healthy and delicious! The views, country feels, fall foliage, hiking trails, quaint local towns... divine!
This is a gem of a place to head to for a weekend escape from NYC. The place is clean and well run. Ste and Nicole clearly take pride in maintaining the property to a high level, as well as serving delicious food. We highly recommend.
