This was our first stay at a Bed and Breakfast. We were unsure if we would like it, but let me tell you, it was great! Hosts are very accommodating and nice. The rooms are very nice and comfortable and the breakfast, Oh WOW! It was outstanding! We had a relaxing evening with wine at the gazebo outside and watched...

The huge house has such a quaint feeling. The bedrooms are so well appointed. And one can journey through the downstairs room and see so much from a from past periods of the past. The holiday decorations are just fantastic from Santa and the Easter Bunny you'll enjoy all of the immeasurable memories brought to mind. And Rose prepares a...

Our one-night stay at this fantastic B&B was extremely enjoyable. Tim and Rose are the epitome of friendliness and caring. Their B&B is a fabulous walk into history and nostalgia. Every room is adorned with interesting and fascinating Knick-knacks and collectibles. However, the best part is their genuine, down-to-earth hospitality. The breakfast was outstanding, as were the round table conversations....

This is definately a five star bed and breakfast experience. My wife and I arrived about 4 PM on a Sunday enroute from Louisville, KY to the Philadelphia area. Tim and Rose (our hosts) had just said goodby to a full house of guests. If they were tired, they did not show it. They could have not been more attentative....

Unfortunately we were only able to stay for one night. It would take at least a week to fully appreciate all the outstanding qualities of this home and contents. Innkeepers Tim and Rose were most gracioous and accommodating. We will make it a point to stay here again in the future.

We stayed at Grammy Rose's for 5 days. If you love victoriana, you'll love this place. It is just as if you stepped back into the 1880's. It is wonderfully decorated in the glory of the victorian era. The innkeepers, Tim and Rose, are such delightful people. They made sure that all our needs were met, always greeted us when...

Chock-full of antiques and knick-knacks, and the owners could not have been nicer. Even let my 7 year operate the player piano. The old plumbing was noisy, but full of character. Breakfast was amazing.

We had our daughter and son-in-law's wedding renewal ceremony at Grammy Rose's in May 2012. The gazebo was a perfect setting. Everything was set-up as we requested. The owners were very gracious about us running over time on the ceremony and taking pictures. They also gave several of us tours of their lovely B&B. The decor is absolutely beautiful. I...

What a way to live in the 1880's. Sue and I totally enjoyed our two day escape to this wonderful new destination only two hours from Akron. We stayed in the master bedroom with a full bath and lots of room. We'll always choose this room when we come back, if available. Regardless of the room, the key to this...

This B&B provided one of our best experiences. The hosts were gracious and helpful, the food was excellent, and the accomodations were clean and comfortable. The house has an abundance of interesting decorations, and I was only sorry we had not planned to stay longer. We plan to return to the area (350 miles from home) to enjoy this B&B...

“There are 4 rooms available. All have their own private bath and AC. We stayed in the Kaylea room and were very pleased. Even though it was almost a full-house with other couples and a family, we never heard the occupants of the other rooms. It was so quite and private.”
