I've stayed at plenty of state campgrounds and other family resort areas, and Roundstone blew them away. My friends and I have stayed there twice now, once in the summer and once in the fall. Instead of being packed together like sardines next to each other like at most campgrounds, this very well maintained site gives you the space and...

What a fantastic getaway. I can't say enough good things about our recent stay at Roundstone. The owner was kind, attentive, and took great pride in her establishment. This historic site will make you change your mind about ever staying at another ordinary KOA Kampsite again. There is character and warmth here because it has been in the family for...

We would totally return to this campsite if in the area again. It was clean, super quiet, private, and a pleasant stay. Not even comparable to state campgrounds where you get slapped up against one another. We couldn't even see our neighbors. Pretty little stream near us. Definitely check it out.

OK, I never write reviews, but had to on this campground. We came from Southern NJ and it took us about 2 hours to get there. We stayed at campsite #6, and there was no one remotely close to us. It was clean and the campsite was awesome. Jill was more than accommodating also. We had such a good time...

After extensive research I decided to book this campground for a family of 12 people. Needless to say it was perfect. Jill, the owner, was very nice and accomodating. She booked us the best site at the place. It was secluded and very well maintained. We had the whole tent site to ourselves which was perfect because we loved our...

I only learned about this camping site a couple weeks ago through a camping message board. I was curious and saw people had only good things to say about it, though it seemed it wasn't very well known of, even on the internet. I booked a site for 2 nights in July and was blown away by how amazing it...

We searched high and low to find the perfect place to take our family camping, and we have finally found it at Roundstone! Jill & Jan are excellent hosts and we cannot thank them enough for everything! The sites are secluded, you have no immediate neighbors, its so relaxing and peaceful. To me Roundstone is the definition of what camping...

This is by far the best camp ground I've stayed at. Very clean and well maintained. I love how secluded you feel at the tent sites. This is not like most campsites where you are right on top of each other. You can enjoy the peace and quiet here which is what it's all about for me. They even maintain...

We searched all over for private camp grounds for a birthday getaway with my childhood best friend and her husband. Half of us had never really camped before and the other half were experienced. It was absolutely one of the best vacations we have taken to date! We cannot wait to come back again next summer! Jill is so friendly...

I was searching online for tent camping sites halfway between Baltimore and NYC since I had two groups of people arriving from both locations. I researched state parks nearby and discovered that a lot of them allow RVs to camp overnight. (I had a bad experience once in Maryland where my tent site was right next to an RV site...
