When we first pulled in, I got a big lump in my throat. This place was PERFECT for a young family to enjoy the mountains for a couple of days. Lots of yard, nature trails, overlooks and lakes nearby (we visited Colton Point, Leonard Harrison overlook, and Hammond Lakes). We enjoy the outdoor grill and eating area under an adorable...

We spotted this cabin on TripAdvisor. It is a wonderful place. There is a long front porch, a fire ring in back with wood, a tire for kids to swing on, and a double chair swing in the side yard. The property is in a most beautiful remote setting, on the edge of a state forest. You can sit on...

A cozy, warm retreat in the middle of a beautiful forest of white birch trees. The pictures of this place don't do it justice.
