Prior to arriving to the hotel I called and spoke to Tyler & Brian to ask a few questions and requests of items to be placed in the room by the time we arrived. However I was told that we would have to make our requests at check in. From the conversation I felt good vibes because of the professionalism and patience from my 1st conversation. I wanted to make the trip extra special for my girl's birthday and it was our 1st time out in a long time. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Shanina who greeted us with a smile, she was very helpful and friendly. Also our towels and blankets requested at check in was delivered in a timely manner. Shanina always followed up and took an extra step to provide assistance . It's amazing how we walked through those doors , she made us feel comfortable, welcomed us like we were family. The hotel lobby is huge and has a nice ambiance. The entire staff was above and beyond our expectations , even when we were outside the hotel the staff member gave us recommendations of nearby places in the area when we were in the parking lot . Including as well all the staff we interacted with even those that we walked by from the housekeeping department and the maintenance guys - they were all friendly and greeted us with a smile every time. The room that we had had a nice warmth feeling to it and a balcony . It has a decent size closet. The bathroom was huge but did not have a soap dish or rack to place items in the shower .The shower was easy to use and the toilet worked well which was a huge plus. The hotel had a huge pool , gym an arcade room and a place to shoot some pools. The kids loved it . I would recommend to the hotel is to add some new linen and have an amenity kit with toiletries(toothbrush, toothpaste etc..) ***Get new key cards, reset your locks & key system, put a new battery because during my entire stay 1 of the 2 keys worked and the 2nd one never worked even with front desk resetting it and I kept it away from my phone but since the pm shift seemed frustrated I didn't want to be a bothersome . For the most part the service was extraordinary which is the reason I give the hotel 5 stars. Check in & check out was smooth and quick. The hotel is lovely, and has lots of potential with some tlc. It just needs some soft renovation .Overall it was a nice short getaway and our new home away from home. Definitely would come back .

πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘We Really enjoyed our stay. We had an awesome time, we loved all the activities, really kept us entertained! The hotel was clean, even though we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor pool because it was late into winter time, but the view was beautiful. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

I give this resort a 3 star only because they're the only place to accept my dog to stay. We love the room on the end where my dog could run outside. This place desperately needs TLC. Will be very very noisy when other guests allow kids to run in the halls all day and night long!

I have a rule that if no one cares about their hotel enough to ask 'how my stay was?' then I go hard online. So here goes. First up, we were not asked if we wanted smoking or non smoking room. I would assume the default would be non-smoking. Wrong. Our room smelt like a tobacco plant. But because it was such a long way back to reception (worthy of a drive) we were tired so we stayed in the room. Our kids went into the room which was in need of some TLC. The chlorine was so strong it turned my daughters hair bright green! hahaha Room was good to have separate living area and was warm enough to dry off the ski gear. Overall, good location for skiing at Jack Frost, but the rooms and hotel are pretty basic.

First of we made reservations 2 weeks before the trip. Two days before we were supposed to head to the resort it was cancelled by the resort. So we tried again and we were able to get a room . We get to the hotel and they gave us attitudes . Terrible service. They were rude. We did not have heat. They gave us a portable small heater that did not work properly. The pool was dirty and the amenities were too. It’s was just a terrible stay!
