My boyfriend and I stayed at the Inn to attend a wedding over the weekend and we really enjoyed our stay here. The B&B was beautiful, comfortable and homey. We stayed in the Cherry room, but pretty much had the place to ourselves this weekend so we took advantage of the comfy living room, fireplace and piano ;) Our host,...

We stayed for a weekend getaway and were the only guests at the Inn that weekend. We had 1st class service from the owner who helped with maps, ideas and served wonderful breakfasts and snacks! The rooms are immaculate with different types of wood decor in each. There are plenty of activities for weary adventurers, such as books, movies and...

We were taking a birthday weekend away from the City. We chose White Haven for the 25 mile rail/trail bike adventure and The Inn at Hickory Run was close, luxury quality, and offered a 2-person jetted tub in each room. The perfect pairing of romance and proximity to nature. What we were surprised to find was a host (Dave) who...

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Dave was very hospitable and eager to please. The room was cozy and clean ... loved the fireplace and jacuzzi tub. The Inn was beautiful overall and proximity to park trails can't be beat. Close to conveniences but far away enough to feel secluded and serene. Breakfasts were superb, including fruit, muffins...

They say "location, location, location" and The Inn at Hickory Run has that and so much more. Located right next to Hickory Run State Park, it was only moments from door to trailhead and wonderful waterfalls. My husband and I stayed in the Birch Room which is in the front of the Inn (FYI- there are only 4 rooms and...

This place is very relaxing. Very modern and very clean. The owners provide a lovely breakfast and offer many suggestions for things to do in the area. I stayed in the room on the first floor that is farthest from the dining area, and close to the entry. I would recommend this Inn if you need a place to stay...

This is our second visit to the inn and it is just like I remembered from our first visit. Just as another reviewer stated, this is not your typical "granny's house" B&B. We also stumbled across this beautiful place when looking for a peaceful retreat. The place is modern with all the amenities you would expect from a hotel, yet...

We spent a wonderful weekend at the Inn at Hickory Run. Everything about the hotel was superb- from our lovely bedroom and bath, to the delicious food and kind Innkeeper! We plan on coming back again to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the Inn and great opportunities for using Hickory Run State Park right across the road. This time we...

We stumbled onto the Inn at Hickory Run when looking for a place to visit for our 20th anniversary. We couldn't be happier with our find! The Inn itself is beautiful. Loved that it was modern yet rustic and didn't look like your typical "granny's house" B&B. All of the wood is gorgeous. The place is immaculate and has everything...

I needed to be in the Hickory Run State Park area for the weekend and decided to stay at this B&B which is more than I usually spend on accommodations but well worth it for a special treat. The Inn is extraordinary, beautiful wood decor but very modern and up to date. The bathroom had both a shower stall and...

“There are two main options if you're looking for a bit of isolation. The Cherry room is furthest from the entrance but opens onto the dining room and adjoins another guest room. The Maple room is nearest the entrance but is the only room on its side of the building.”
