We had two rooms for a family trip to Lancaster area. Cortland is more of a suite with a separate sitting & tv room. Good size...Since the bathroom has a street-facing window, I suggest closing the door to reduce the commercial vehicle sound level which started about 5am when we were there. The Empire room is large and has a...

Very comfortable rooms, great amenities, friendly innkeepers and wonderful breakfasts. Everything you would want and expect from a Bed & Breakfast. Convenient location as well, and lots of great information about things to see in the Lancaster County region.

The owners were very friendly and the food and room was real nice. We stayed in the Cortland room it was nice because it had your own sitting room. They were helpful to give ideas of what to do. The location was a little out for some attractions but for us it was okay.

Karen &Tom were wonderful hosts at this lovely B&B. They offered great advice on places to eat and visit and had lots of brochures available. My mother and I stayed for four nights and every morning Karen served a delicious hot breakfast along with fresh fruit. We stayed in the McIntosh and it was very clean and cozy. Our room...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were amazed at the quality of the room, the hospitality of the owners, and the deliciousness of the food. We enjoyed breakfast so much that we asked (and received) the recipe. We entered as guests but left as friends, and are already planning our next visit to the Apple Bin Inn.

My wife and I stayed here recently for a long weekend getaway, to see some of the interesting sights of Lancaster County. We're really glad we found the Apple Bin Inn as a part of that weekend. The rooms (we had a suite!) were big and comfortable, the location convenient to everything we wanted to get to, and the breakfasts...

It was our fourth stay at the Apple Bin Inn. We did not know there are new owners now. And we were as happy as always there. Cozy room, proximity to all attractions we planned to visit, very quiet surroundings, several pizza places and restaurants nearby, a huge grocery store. Delicious breakfast. We will definitely keep coming back.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway in June. We had a lovely time, the room was great and very spacious and the breakfast was amazing. The host were very accommodating and worked with our schedule when we were running late on our arrival.

We wanted to sample Amish food, they were able to arrange for us to have dinner with an Amish family. Great experience and fellowship. We'll always remember the time we spent in Lancaster and meeting the fellow residents with whom we had good breaks at and conversations. The owners were extremely friendly.
