This Quality Inn really was not quality. Although it was a non-smoking room, it smelled of dingy smoke. The rug, towels, and sheets were visibly dirty. The in-room coffee maker did not work. The bed was overly firm, and the sheets were falling off the bed. The mounted blow dryer was falling off the wall, and at one point, we could not get out door to close when leaving. I knew our stay wouldn’t be lavish, but I honestly expected better.

I was there for 2 Weeks, got a Room for Disabled, therefore the Restroom was big. Got Microwave, Fridge and big TV, payed 70-90$ a Day Pro: Shower had quick hot Water, the Sink Faucet needed a Minute to warm up. Roomservice is good, Personell very friendly. Breakfast is good Standart. You park direct in front of your Room. Heating was ok with 35F outside Neg: You hear your Neighbors talking, Insulation is 80´s, WIFI is mostly ok, but can drop to Zero.

Staff super nice but rooms are scuzzy at best. Burn holes in mattress & bedspread. Room smells like smoke. Chair is ripped filthy & scuzzy.4 tiny square bed pillows look like they came from salvation army. Luggage valet filthy & totally rusted. Wall peeling in bedroom h bath. Wish I could post pics. If they fixed the place up, charged more they might gain better guests who respect the place. Sad cause it's a great location.

Modern, clean and polished public areas like the lobby and especially the breakfast room… great chairs; it’s worth the visit just to see the breakfast room chairs! The rooms themselves are a little worn (I couldn’t get the alarm clock to work) but these seemed to be minor issues compared to the positive aspects. I had stayed here about a year ago and there was a lot of noise and partying in nearby rooms, but the stay was very quiet and pleasant this time. The price was good and the complimentary breakfast was excellent by current post-pandemic motel offerings: sausages, eggs, and the obligatory make-them-yourself waffles. Overall a good stay for the money.

Filthy place, rude staff. Mold on walls, in shower, on shower curtain. Dirty, smelly sheets and blankets. Dirt, mold and bugs in corners of bathroom and other corners. Must be temporary housing for immigrants or something as they converge on the filthy, unhealthy breakfast room and literally take all the food and take it back to their rooms. Do not take a look in the kitchen because it may make you puke. Outside entrances with no elevator. Adjacent is a restaurant and they rent it out with the pool area where loud parties take place. If you complain they are rude and do nothing. Someone vomited on a walkway and on our window. It was not cleaned up during our 4 day stay. If there is any kind of an event, they use it as a reason to significantly raise their published price.

The picture on the internet of this motel is misleading. The rooms are on the outside and not on the inside. There is NO elevator. We had some young men help us with our luggage up the stairs. This motel is NOT for handicapped people. The hotel is connected to a Mexican restaurant where the breakfast is served in one of their rooms. Breakfast was good. The room was big, however there was wiring from the inside of the door to the outside. It needed remolded.

I'll start with the few good things. It did have a microwave and mini fridge. The beds also were clean n had plenty of pillows. The heater and AC worked great. Now the rest. The door didn't shut properly and there were lots of ppl who lived there roaming around which made me keep the door locked when we were inside. Also we took all vuables with us when we had running to do just didn't feel safe leaving them in the room. Most of the channels were sports or talk shows not alot of movie channels. The hair dryer did not work. There was also no wall plugs you had to plug into the lamp which only had 1 working outlet and the tall lamp didn't work at all. Even though it was a bit cheaper I would not stay at these motels again. They were not hotel rooms. The curtains were filthy and could be seen from the outside if the room. We stayed 3 nites n we regretted it wish I'd have known about the holiday Inn down the road. Don't waste your money unless your looking for a cheap motel.

Stayed for one night while in the area on business. Lots of positives- pleasant employee interactions, freshly done parking lot, clean grounds, room was clean, bathroom had been updated, we slept well and it was quiet. As others have highlighted in their reviews the hotel is older and some elements show their age. It serves it purpose as a decent place to stay along the highway.

I honestly chose to stay here to fulfill a Choice Hotels promotion and didn't look at TA in advance. My mistake. I have never encountered a more unfriendly front desk agent. Didn't greet me at all, just mumbled what he needed from me. No thank you. I had to ask for directions to the room. There was a man lounging on the stairwell we needed to take so I drove to the end of the building looking for another one. Was none. When I went back and parked in front of the stairwell, he immediately jumped up and said he worked there. He enthusiastically helped us find our room. There were other people walking around the parking lot giving me the impression they may be extended stay guests. It was around 10:00 so I thought this was odd. The room was ok, air worked, beds comfortable, but bathroom tiny. We left before breakfast. The lobby gives a better impression of the motel than what it really is. Every bit of my instinct told me to leave, but with it already being dark, not knowing the area, our early departure time the next morning, and having already paid - chose to go ahead and stay. One bright spot was when an employee from the hotel who called to remind me to fill out the survey emailed to me. She was quite friendly and checked for an item I think I may have left behind.
