This hotel is located right off of the interstate and is in a good area. Plus, it is near restaurants and gas stations; good location. The facility is nice and updated and the desk was friendly at check in. They wanted to be sure that everything was right.

Pros: Helpful, friendly staff. Room clean, spacious. Windows are thick and keep out noise. Desk chair and easy chair were comfortable. Furniture sparse but sufficient and useful. 2nd floor washer/dryer worked well. Plenty of parking. Location is good.
Cons: wifi was unusable some evenings - not enough routers (I thought those days were over). The lobby computers were no good - they wouldn’t connect to many normal web sites, and it was impossible to print. Toilet handle had to be held through the entire cycle for toilet to flush properly. The bathroom door was unbalanced and wouldn’t stay open - in fact, the floor was slightly slanted. The breakfast bag offerings weren’t consistent. The latches on the motel’s side doors don’t work smoothly. They didn’t always have quarters available for the laundry machines.
Aesthetically it’s a mixed bag. The building is an older structure. The rooms look modern and have updated bathroom fixtures, but the carpeting, both in the rooms and in the hallways, is badly stained. The bathtub had rust marks. Many surfaces were, at best, worn, and at worst, not clean.
The front of the motel is landscaped with beautiful, large bushes. The problem is that they were planted too close to the walkway and have grown to cover the walkway.

Stayed here with my family midweek after a long day of driving, on our way to drop our daughter and all her supplies at college. The lobby, hallway, and our room were fresh, well furnished, and clean. The desk clerk was friendly and polite. I noticed a washer and dryer were available to guests by a vending machine downstairs. When we went down at 8:30 there was a full hot breakfast of the usual kind (eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, fruit, yogurt, coffee and tea). The breakfast attendant came out to ask us if everything was all right. We had a good dinner at the busy Cheddar's nearby, where the staff was also friendly. There was a lot of traffic noise from the highway but it was obvious that would be the case, and the A/C white noise helped cover it. Would definitely stay here again.

Me and some of my family members checked into this disgustingly nasty place on 7/9/2021. The lobby was ok, but that’s the only good thing I can say about it. Well actually there was a young lady at the front desk that was very nice. She sent the cleaning staff up to clean the room unfortunately all they did was make the bed and put tissue in the bathroom. There were 2 dirty wash cloths still hanging over the shower rod from the previous occupants and the bathtub was filthy. My cousin said the floor area around the commode was sticky. I can only speculate based on this that the floor had not been mopped. The carpet had not been vacuumed. When I called down to the front desk to let them know about the lack of tissue the first night the man at the front desk that answered the phone said he would bring some up when he had the chance, but he never came. The apparent practice is to only clean the rooms every 3 days. They don’t even bring clean towels or dump the trash.
In my personal opinion this filthy place should be closed down. Based on this horrible stay I can honestly say I will never stay at another Comfort Inn ever again. The Choice Hotel Chain should remove this particular hotel from their franchise.

The room had a strong chemical smell that triggered Amy asthma. The bed wasn’t very comfortable so that mixed with the sounds of the highway meant very poor sleep. One of the main criteria I look for when booking a hotel is free breakfast which this hotel advertised and they didn’t even have cereal. Everything was shut down. The worst part was probably the roach I found in the bathroom. I will not be staying here again.

I & my family (including our kid) were assigned room 123. It had a horrible smell & huge carpet stains so bad that we couldn't stay in the room for more than few minutes. The front desk said hotel was full & they cannot change rooms. The bald stout white guy at the front desk refused to acknowledge that there was any smell at all & refused to issue a refund stating that I will need to talk to management the next morning! (meaning my family had to stay in the filthy room the whole night OR checkout without assurance of a refund of over $500 I paid) Only after I contacted Priceline.com (with whom I had made the room reservation) he promptly agreed to full refund!! A different front desk staff later acknowledged that the room was pet friendly & then it struck me - the smell was of pet pee & carpet stains were pet excreta!! Throughout over 1 hour when I was arguing with the bald stout white guy to refund me so I can go to another hotel, he knew the room is dirty but refused to acknowledge & refund - it disgusts me to the core how dishonest this particular front desk person was!! I would never book a stay in a Comfort Inn Hotel again.

We had teams staying here for an event in town and had we known the hotel was in the condition it was in we would not have stayed. There was no hot water and it was a chilly weekend, plus our girls were playing in a tournament would have been nice to get a hot shower after. The heat wasn't working either and it was freezing. Some of our team was on the 4th floor which was pretty much renovated but they still encountered dust in the rooms and sofa beds that wouldn't open. Outlet holes in the wall but no outlets in them yet. The rest of the team was on the 3rd floor which only half of the floor was partially renovated. When you stepped off the elevator the floor looked under construction and we questioned we had the correct floor as I felt like there should have been a Do Not Enter Construction in process sign. There was plastic hanging down from the ceiling, materials off to the right in the vending area, paper taped down to the floor, TVs in hallways, there was tape and in some cases plastic as well cover the sprinkler systems. The elevators were dusty so we thought we take the stairs, nope there was debris all over the place. They took the shower curtains or curtains out of the rooms and just piled them on one of the landings, another landing hand bed rails and shop vacs, another mirrors and a table saw, every landing was full with debris and it was not a safe environment especially when we were all staying on the 3rd and 4th floors. When we mentioned the issues to the front desk manager...yes I said manager they past the buck on another manager that wasn't' even on site, saying there was nothing they could do. They were not even aware of what the stairwells looked like apparently. I waited to post to see what results might come giving the hotel some time to redeem themselves. The hotel did refund some of people but not everyone, this was all after the fact and after lots of pushing. I guess they saw the value of the dollar more important then the safety of our families. It's ashamed the hotel will probably look really great after renovations but based on how the Managers chose to handle the situation we will never stay there again.

The Interstate is actually 100 feet from the back of the hotel! Photo attached. If you get a room on that side of the hotel the noise comes straight through the window and the air conditioner box. The traffic noise is unbearably loud - and it never stops - because it's a major Interstate.
My room has not been refreshed. At least not in the past 20 years! It is clean and in decent shape.
I stayed here because I booked late for a major local event and this was all that was available in the area. I stayed 2 nights. I did not get much sleep: Even with ear plugs! I wish I could attach a video because you can here how loud it is inside the room.

Stayed here after being evicted from nearby La Quinta - see separate review. Room was OK and bed comfortable. Two problems. First the smoke alarms kept going off randomly and front desk told us they could not fix them. Second the toilet would not flush unless you took the lid off the tank and jogged the mechanism. Breakfast was slightly below average for hotels of this class. Hence average at best overall rating which may be a bit over generous.

There were people Who appeared to be tenants, it guests, hanging around in the parking lot. The room smelled like cigarettes and had blood stains on the mattress cover which you could see through the sheet. Needless to say, we left in a hurry and stayed elsewhere.
