We made a quick trip to the Newport Boat Show and were so happy with our stay at this motel. Rooms were clean, hosts were very friendly, plenty of parking, price was reasonable and it is a very park like location.

At $190 per night this place is a poor excuse for a hotel. Positives are proximity to Roger Williams University and good wifi. All other features are poor or worse.
Office closes at 9 PM. Air conditioner is loud and impossible to regulate.
Poor bed & pillows.
