Old style motel but good and clean. Excellent restaurant adjoining. Handy to Charleston's historic buildings and not too far from many little cafes/restaurants in King Street. Also the market is just up the road. The only criticismis that housekeeping trundle the laundry carts around on noisy concrete corridors

The hotel was centrally located which was ideal and had a very attentive staff but it was extremely dated and somewhat dirty. Dirty/stained tub basin, dirty shower vent, dated carpet and comforter and the AC was partially dislodged from the outer wall and marginally cooled the room. Not a great stay.

This is a typical Days Inn motel. The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable. The motel is well kept. The best thing is the price value and location. The motel is only 1/2 block from the city market, restaurants and shopping. Other fancier motels/hotels are more than double the price and not as close to Market Street. Parking is...

The staff were friendly, the room was nice, clean and comfortable, the location was great. We parked at the motel and walked all over the downtown historic district. Only issues were that it took four tries until I found a vending machine that worked and they tried to charge us for the safe we didn't use. Good place to stay...

The Days Inn is in a good location - close to everything. Some upgrades to the rooms have been made. There is no complimentary breakfast as in most Days Inns. A very small coffee maker in the room, a fridge and a microwave.

Location was excellent, and it was dog-friendly, but that's about all I can say for this hotel. Rooms were not updated, and not super clean. Plus we got stuck near the pool, where people sat out drinking pretty late every night we were there. Staff wasn't particularly friendly, and you were nickel and dimed for everything - parking charge which...

Adjoining restaurant has great breakfasts. Location is terrific. Beds were excellent but pillows not so much. Clean, but otherwise average.
