This hotel is a prime example of why location is so important. This is an older motel similar to the old motor courts, it seemed to me. The rooms were small and the design dated, but the furnishings were in decent shape. However, the motel is right in the middle of the historic district and at a rate substantially lower...

This has a great location right next to the market and within walking distance to all restaurants and bars. The issues are the quality of the rooms and hotel staff. We had a small issue checking in and you thought we were not welcome there. The rooms are outdated, need for renovation and the maid service is dismal. They apparently...

The Days Inn has one of the best locations in Downtown Charleston! The only reason it doesn't get five stars is because of the fact it's a little outdated. Good location, restaurants extremely close, available parking, comfortable beds, are the major pluses here. I'll continue to come back here for these reasons.

We stayed here one Friday night. Arrived at 11 am, and the staff allowed us to park our car there early so we could walk the city. The parking is free, but very limited. Get there early. Check isn't till 4, so being able to park early was a plus!! Our room was very clean, updated and quaint. The outside...

Absolutely perfect location. Almost across the street from the entrance to "The Market".We did not stay here for the ambiance, so I have to say we were happy with the hotel, solely due to the location. A bit of fresh paint and landscaping would go a long way here...but the location is great and the front desk person (Jason??) was...
