The Inn is centrally located within the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They have found ways to manage even in this new and challenging environment.

I recently celebrated a milestone birthday with a short trip to Charleston, staying two nights at this hotel. Overall this is a good place to stay. The atmosphere of the hotel is nice, very relaxing and quaint. The central courtyard was beautifully maintained. Being able to order breakfast every evening for delivery the next day was a bonus and made the stay feel more like a retreat. The good: central location, super helpful staff, comfortable bed, quiet room, great water pressure in the shower. The bad: the cleaning crew should take a little more time cleaning up between guests. There was food on the floor near the bed, and the remote control was in need of a deep clean (which in the world of covid should be a given).

We have stayed at the Andrew Pinckney three times. The location is right in the heart of the historic district. Everything is within walking distance. The rooms are beautiful. There is a daily wine and cheese hour, and you can eat breakfast on the balcony. Parking and valet are provided.

My family and I were here for a long weekend over spring break. We stayed here and the location was perfect. It was walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do, which was perfect for us because we didn’t have a car. The room is a little small for 3, but we made it work. We stayed in the part of the hotel that’s across the street, which is the side with breakfast and the happy hour. Both were included and were very nice. Our room was on the 4th floor and was very quiet despite facing the middle of the hotel. We would stay here again!

This hotel is conveniently located near the carriage ride pickup locations,City Market, and great restaurants. The Townhouse Suite was perfect for our family of 4, new furniture, beautiful bathroom, and lots of space so we could spread out. The happy hour was nice and breakfast delivery in the morning was ok. The front desk staff was always available and helpful. Would recommend the Townhouse Suite for families, was a fun change from standard hotel rooms. My only complaints are parking and noise, there was limited on-site parking and nighttime street noise was relatively loud due to central location. Overall, we had a wondeful experience here.
