William was great in helping us upon arrival and during our stay till we checked out. The breakfast was fantastic, would definitely recommend Planters Inn for a romantic anniversary getaway.

Planters Inn is a very quaint hotel. It is right across from the oldest market in Charleston, which makes the location fantastic. It is a very old hotel. Preservation of buildings and history is kind of Charleston's thing, so Planter's is very appropriate. Hotel valets and desk staff were top notch. The rooms were very clean and furnished to match...

The convenience to shopping and restaurants was a big plus but the service was impeccable. This hotel was rustic and clean. Very impressed with the level of service given by all hotel employees. All employees were not only friendly but went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
