Very nice property with nice private and public rooms. Great location. However, woefully understaffed for cleaning the bedrooms and service in the restaurants. Management was absent. Greeting was slow. Needs direction.

This is a terrible place. The room was about $600.00 per night; $300.00 would have been its value. After paying over $1000 for 2 nights the front desk knowingly screwed me out of $14.00. I was very disappointed with the overall experience. Our room was not ready when we got there at check in time and had to wait until 6:00 PM for a room when I'm sure they could have found a room for us. do yourself, don't stay here/ The pool is very small and when we got there all the chairs were taken.

Gorgeous looking, horrible acting. Hate to bash a place - especially in COVID time - but with our first trip in forever for a pretty steep investment, this place is in need of some serious help if you you want to be treated commensurate to the price tag. My advice: Look to the Dewberry across the square. Stellar property AND service there!

We had a wonderful stay at the Bennett. Would definitely stay there again!! The room and staff were excellent. The restaurant was also delicious as well as the bar up by the pool. Also we found the location perfect.

They should have splurged on thicker walls when building the hotel. I heard so much more than I cared to while innocently walking down the hallway to return to my room after dinner one night. I was awoken at 6:30am the following day by the same noises, coming through the vents, only this time from a totally different room. Very awkward...
