We knew we would enjoy historic Charleston. Easy to walk everywhere, good restaurants, abundant history, all the charm of narrow, lamp lit streets and lovely homes. But what we talked about when we got home was our wonderful host couple, Jack and Annalise! We stayed in the roomy, private carriage house, but felt very connected to the goings on in...

Comfortable, convenient, and gracious place to stay. Annalise was very informative in guiding us to the things we wanted to see. Jack was very helpful in every way. We felt very much at home there, and loved the 6pm gatherings on the piazza where we all shared the highlights of our days.

This was the first time my husband and I had been to Charleston. We were there for business meetings the first few days, but wanted to really get to "know" Charleston by staying in a B & B. We were blessed to find 15 Church St. Jack and Annalise were incredibly accommodating and a wealth of knowledge. The location was...

There is something about staying in a 200 year old house, having a delicious breakfast served on fine china, with beautiful antique furniture surrounding you and a crystal chandelier hanging over your head that is an experience one can’t find many places in this country. This is your experience at 15 Church Street. The house is spectacular and the hosts,...

First time to Charleston for my wife and I. Great location but a bit of a walk uptown to dining and shops. Jack and Annalise could not have been more gracious. Jack grew up in the house and it was amazing to listen to the history of the building and looking at all the historical pieces, the art and those...

This was my girlfriend and I's first experience at a bed and breakfast and it was a great one. Both Jack and Annelise were extremely welcoming and friendly and were a joy to converse with. Breakfast every morning was very enjoyable and much better than any hotel. Our hosts went out of their way to direct us to the best...

We stayed for four nights over President's Day weekend. We truly had an amazing time. Charleston is a wonderful city and 15 Church is within walking distance of many great attractions and restaurants. What we loved most however was the social hour around 5-6pm every night. Jack and Annelisse are amazing hosts and while they were away for a couple...

Jack and Annalise are wonderful hosts. The social hour in the evening is a wonderful way to meet the other guests, get information about the city and restaurants and places to see. Location is great, within walking distance of most everything. Loved having a fireplace in my room. Made it cozy and warm. Entire street is a vision.

Jack and Annelise, owners of this Bed and Breakfast, are charming and entertaining. We noticed they spent quite a bit of time talking and chatting with guests during breakfast and happy hour. At 6:00 p.m., which is happy hour, you can engage in lively conversation by sitting in a enchanting living room. You can request draft beer or wine. There...

The owners are friendly, gracious and kind. Church street is our favorite street in all of Charleston and it was an incredible opportunity to stay in this historic property with the owners. I will remember this visit for years to come. Merci Beaucoup!
