Awful experience house keeping slamming doors and yelling. Front desk could care less to inform you of the amenities. Phone was broken, no towels the list goes on. Nothing is available because of covid and they still charge normal prices. You’re better off paying for something downtown
I honestly would like my money back. I have already leave a review on Booking.com. Management was rude when made complaints. Dirty rooms and bathrooms and that’s the last thing we need in this Covid era. There were previous guests items left behind. Some of the pictures on Booking.com didn’t look anything like the hotel. The location is very bad area. The entire stay was not worth the almost $500 that I had to pay for 2 nights. The hallways and elevators were dirty. The elevators are dam faded with missing buttons and loud banging noises. Not safe at all. Parking lot has giants dips and potholes. Not happy at all for my birthday trip.
Very dirty. We found dirty socks in our bedroom closet, Hallways are extremely dirty and not cleaned at all during our 3 day stay. AC in the bedroom sounded like broken washing machine. Poor WiFi signal. Unable to use computer in the room at all.
The rooms were dirty, dusty, absolutely disgusting. There was no water pressure at all, no soap to even try to wash your hands. Floors were disgusting. Manager was out with Covid. Horrible experience.
Over 200.00 for the dirtiest experience..im pissed it was so late when I checked in after 930pm and I had to prepay or I would have left...dirty dirty bathroom etc..no soap.no shampoo..not enough towels...etc.etc..and this is covid enhanced cleaning???. Also all trash receptacles are over flowing. Dirty hallways and carpets..had I paid maybe 30.00 for this room,I'd keep quiet. Buy being a gold member and paying this. No way...the site only allows small pix So I can't upload them all. Stay away at these prices This is room 213
