So glad I booked this inn. It was the perfect location and just what we wanted. It was charming. They had a lovely courtyard where you could have your breakfast our have a glass of wine in the afternoon. Their treat of wine and appetizers in the late afternoon provided a wonderful opportunity to relax and meet fellow travelers.

We stayed at the Indigo Inn 5 nights while traveling with friends. Check in and check out were smooth, rooms were good size although the shower/toilet room was a little tight, and housekeeping took good care of us. The property is not new but has "character". The combination cold/hot breakfast was good, although the area for eating inside is limited....

Just returned from 5 nights at the Indigo Inn. This small inn has a beautiful courtyard and very helpful staff. The rooms are quite small but nicely furnished and clean. The breakfast was very tasty but the only place to sit and eat was outdoors in the courtyard. Since it was cold and rainy we ate in our room. A...

My only advice to anyone contemplating staying here is ask for a room that is not at the end of the building. Those, like 107 which we were given, back directly onto Meeting Street and the traffic noise is quite loud in them. We only stayed one night so it was not worth changing rooms but I suspect the rooms...

I had higher expectations based on other reviews but was disappointed. It was clean but kind of shabby. Breakfast was cold the first day, which they did remedy but by that time I was done. After returning to our room from a day out, we found the housekeeping to be poor..... no new soap, beds not made up, no clean...

Spent a night here in a room with two queen beds. From the outside, not much to look at, but once inside, there is a cozy outdoor courtyard area. Don't plan on wanting to be in your room much, unless you like feeling boxed in at a senior home...Old furniture, musty, and dark but clean. The ambiance in your room...

Quirky, in historic downtown Charleston. Manager helpful, nice courtyad, dog friendly. Has a wine happy hour and a breakfast. Decent location and affordable for Charleston. Warming: pet and parking fees extra.

Lovely place to stay in the heart of town. Elegant room fitting of the south. Staff very accommodating and pleasant. Small area to walk dogs which did not appeal to one of our dogs, but she's a country gal and needs grass to do her business. Lovely courtyard to sit and relax as well as have breakfast. Would definitely stay...
