Our stay was great until we tried to take a shower in the morning and had no hot water. We brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, and they did nothing to compensate us.
We are deeply sorry that you had a problem operating the faucet for hot water. We went in and checked on this problem and found nothing to be wrong. Please accept our apology.

Room was beyond dirty. Holes in walls, rusty bathroom, lamp shades deteriorating, stained walls, etc. Used a can of Lysol and never took my sandals off. Room # 110.
