Just ok to stay one night when needed to stop on way to a destination. Parking lot connects to Publix parking lot which is a plus if you need groceries. The front desk shares a building with a bar. Seemed like a bit dumpy but we didn't need to use any amenities. Pool appeared ok but didn't use it.

For a campground, this is a little bit more modern. The check in is actually at the gas station that sits on the campground property. The campground is also basically attached to a Publix parking lot, so for the "camping" experience, it's completely lost. As far as accommodations, this place has them. We stayed in a cabin, which was nice...

When we arrived, our cabin was clean; however, it only had ONE CUP in the cabinet and there were 3 of us! Also, had to call for paper towels. Be careful to make sure you bring your own towels as well as linens. Also, we left a Disney blanket there. The staff took a week to call us back and...

Stayed two nights while visiting Charlotte. Site was clean and shaded. The bathroom and shower facilities were not working. Good thing we had an RV. Added bonus was a free barbecue on July 4th. Nice touch. Close to the highway and next to food store. Don't know about other activities as we were gone all day.

First of all they claim to have Wi-Fi, however you cannot even download your email. This is a quiet region except for being on the flight path to Charlotte airport where planes are landing and taking off. The most expensive sites at $45, have concrete pads. The remainder have uneven gravel. You sign in at the Valero out front. The...

This Koa campground is in poor condition. Most sites are heavily graveled and mixed with dirt and sand. Overall appearance looked like a large graveled parking lot. Paved roads in very poor condition with lots of loose rock making the park dangerous for motorcycles as well as pedestrian traffic.. I noted a smell of sewage to be pervasive through out...

Of all the KOAs we've stayed at in 20 months of road tripping the Fort Mill KOA was the grubbiest of them all. Here's the good, bad, and the ugly: Good access from Interstate 77. Walking distance to a decent grocery store: Publix Ungraded and unkempt RV sites. Sad, sad, sad grass and the picnic table was unusable. Thank goodness...

We've stayed at probably 5 or 6 KOA's along the East Coast now. This was one of the least enjoyable. The recreation areas are limited for kids, and the "deluxe cabin" we booked was in terrible condition. The attendant couldn't find the remote control for the TV (which didn't matter to us, but would to some), the drawers in the...

The park is acceptable but sites are a little barren. Prices are acceptable but I did object to being overcharged for propane. At about $4.50 a gallon I objected that it was overpriced and as propane is now about $1.75 at many places. The excuse "we have been charging that for 5 years and that's the price." Well 5 years...

Stayed at this campground on the trip home from Florida. Very friendly helpful staff. Campsite was very well kept and inviting. Great stop off and convenient to I77. Would definitely stay here again. Pet friendly. Looks to be kid friendly as well.
