I love historic hotels and this hotel didn't disappoint. It's got a lot of stairs and weird ways of getting from point A to point B but, that's one of the things I like about historic hotels. Check in was easy and the guy helping me was super professional and helpful... didn't get his name though. The room was nice...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

We were in town to visit friends and family. We made side trips to Clemson. By staying downtown Greenville, the Westin made the most sense. I went in thinking that being in the middle of town it would be hectic and electric in atmosphere. It was to some extent, but I found it to be laid back and friendly. Even...

I stayed at the Poinsett for 2 nights/3 days for a meeting. Our group was very large and utilized the entire hotel...Including ballrooms and restaurants. We had a formal dinner one of the nights and the place settings and the flowers were spectacular. The food was also exceptional as well as the service. The accommodations in the ballrooms for the...

This hotel has many stories to tell about Greenville past. Its marbled floors and steps are like looking back into time when things were classy and shinny with the best the 1930's had to offer. Its architecture was designed to last decades with its splendor fashion. Come here to relax in the past and enjoy the beautiful refinements that this...

My wife and I loved staying at the Westin! It has a classic ambiance with modern amenities and the perfect location in the heart of Greenville. We could walk to dinner and then to a play at night - and go for a walk in Falls Park in the morning. We grabbed cocktails while enjoying piano music in the bar....

Along with my wife and brother in law we recently had cause to stay in this very nice hotel. Two rooms were booked, one for myself and my wife, the other for my brother in law. The arrival area is easy to access and the bell staff and valet service quick to respond. We did use the bellman who unloaded...

Dear Keith, We were very impressed by your very nice and detailed despription of your recent hotel stay experience. Thank you so much! Allow me to respond to two of your comments. Even though the top two floors are officially designated as SPG floors, they don’t differ much in style from the others. As 901 is a very nice corner...

We had a party of twenty-nine for a private dining event. Everything went so well. The amenities and the service were wonderful. The planning of the event went great. Deciding on the menu with dietary limitations to work around, choosing the best room to accommodate our group, every detail was worked out in advance to make the evening one to...

This beautiful hotel is located in the heart of Main Street. You won't need your car anymore for the rest of your stay. Like others say here, reception was outstanding with lots of attention to details! The room was very clean and comfortable. At the end of our day, when we came back from diner there was a pianist at...

The Poinsett Hotel offers a nice historic building right in the center of Greenville, South Carolina. My friend and I chose this hotel because of the history. Upon arrival however, we discovered a few stains on the bedlinen, and found out that the safe wasn't working. Also, the room only had one small window, since it was tucked away in...

Well located in the downtown of Greenville (a big main street with lots of nice restaurants). The room are OK, they are large, but I could not figure out why they left a relatively huge gap between the floor of the room and the bottom of the entrance door. You could pass entire trays under the table. Of course, it...
