Our bed had bloodstains, the staff were rude and our room was filled with black mold. It's a health hazard! After a long time we got a refund but the manager was blaming us for the broken furniture! I would avoid this at all cost!

Just needed an economical motel for an overnight stay en route to Jackson,MS. Trust me, I would've been better off sleeping in my car, parked at a rest area.

My room was full of mold, pungent odors, as well as remnants of bed bug blood stains throughout the bedding. I couldn't bare to stay another 25 minutes in the room, so I just left in the middle of the night. I've never felt more disgusted, nor unsafe staying in a hotel before. It's almost comical that there was even a flat screen TV on the wall!

I don't think "Hotel Impossible" can even save this place! Well, on a positive note, it is conveniently located right off of I-85, and has free Wi-fi.

Horrible, dirty rooms, very, very rude manager. This place should be condemned. You will be better off sleeping in your car. Hopefully he will be out of business soon. Don't stay here, even though its cheap.

I read a few reviews that almost scared me off; I'm glad they didn't.

Qualified for price, the Econolodge at 935 Airport Blvd in Cayce, SC, was clean (NO CARPET - yay!), the beds & pillows very comfy, & there were no bugs (as some reviewers said). I felt safe and needed for nothing.

The breakfast was a disappointment, but okay. It was food. My only objection was that I couldn't eat in the DR. They had Fox on the TV. I mean, come on, can you pick something less divisive, like Good Morning America (#1 morning show) or BBC World? I was making a waffle while the guy on TV was talking about fake briefings and bashing the president. Very offensive.

Overall, it was a good experience and I will stay there the next time I go to Cayce, SC.

Only plan on staying here if you are hiring a prostitute, even then, it probably isn't nice enough. Disgusting, filthy, run down, unsafe, shady people, outdated, bad location. This hotel doesn't deserve to live any longer, don't know why it's still open. We booked in advance and didn't even stay. Couldn't get a refund. Had to find another hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Seedy neighborhood. Sheriff was at the faculty twice in the 20 mi Utes upon our arrival. Watching off our balcony and witnessed drug deals and prostitution. They room itself was old, outdated and need of new carpet and bedding. I slept on top of the blankets and used my own pillows. Lights are on a timer. Bathroom is very tiny and tub/shower needs. Little TLC. positive- air conditioning works. This stay was a one night only while driving home from visiting family. I would not recommend this place to anyone

This place is awful..roaches are everywhere..called the front desk to let them know and I was told they would call pest control but didn't know when they could come in. They never offered me a change of room or nothing..no sooner then I hung up the phone.. I felt something biting me looked down in the bed and it was full of fleas...I wouldn't recommend staying here..spend the extra money for something a lot cleaner!!!

Not your family friendly place. You get what you pay for is true here as little cost gives little comfort. Not the cleanest or maintained place in area. The area is known for prostitution and drug traffic!!! I rate it a notch above sleeping in your car as it has no amenities worth mentioning.

I stayed for one night, didn't feel to safe even when the police circling around constantly. The sheets were ripped, room/bathroom was as clean as it should be. They charge for every little thing you can think of.

Dear loquita0126, Thank you for sharing your insight with us. I am concerned about the comments regarind charging for extra things. We provide basic rooms and we only charge for extra persons due to the fact that we have to clean the rooms and additional usage of utilities to cover our costs. Before I tell you what I think, I would stay there again if I was in Greenville and the only thing I wanted was a place to crash. It was a cheap place to stay and had most of what I required, which is cable, a bed, refrigerator and microwave. HOWEVER, the room showed a sad lack of maintenance. There were cracks around the tub, pieces of formica coming off the furniture, holes in the sheets and bedspread and the worst thing was that when my companion tried to take a shower, the fixture fell off and he had to take a sponge bath. When we checked out, the manager offered to let him into a different room to take a shower but at that point, we just wanted to leave. It was surprisingly quiet, as it was facing the highway, but we did request a room at the back end of the property. The heater did work very well even though it had some cracks (superficial). They offered free wifi, but I did not have my computer so I can't tell you if it worked or not. The room saved me 15.00 off the lowest price for a Motel 6 room. I got basically what I paid for, a cheap room. I would stay here again if it was just for one night, after I checked the room to see that everything worked properly. By the way, there are not a lot of restaurant choices near here and it is in a declining area of Greenville. Half of the businesses appeared to be closed.
