We stayed in Port-O-Call E303 for a week 6/25-7-2. Our condo was just perfect, loved that they had bar height tables on the screened in porch where we had an oceanfront view! Saw others in the complex with regular chairs that could not see beyond the porch. Everything was just perfect in the condo for an incredible IoP vacation! Hope... More

I used to rent a house in Corolla, Outer Banks. The problem there -- the houses are large and, well, typically you rent them with friends or family. This time, I didn't want the hassle of managing others', making sure I was collecting payment, and having the overall feeling of being obligated to be "Julie the Cruise Director" while on... More

CORAL RESORTS HAS DONE A GOOD JOB keeping everything very nice. My father has had owned for over 25 years now and I look forward to every year. I just wish we were there for a month, not just a week. I love our time here every year, you will too.

Screened in porch with an ocean view really made this property. Smallish; really best suited for a couple only or a couple with 1-2 young children. Linens and kitchen utensils/dishes were sufficient. Property was also very quiet.

We have stayed in two different units in Port O' Call - this one and the unit right below, F-203. We found unit 303 to be comfortable, although not as much so as unit 203. The furniture was not as comfortable, a little dated and in some disrepair. A deck chair actually broke when one of us sat down in... More

Lovely stay. I loved waking up and being able to see the ocean without getting out of bed. You can view the ocean from all rooms in the condo. Port of call is on the beach so there's a short walk to the beach. The beach is large and clean. It wasn't crowded for our visit mid October. There were... More

We had an end unit on bottom floor - F101 We had stayed here before and returned for the great location, view, and screened porch with direct beach access. The unit was beginning to show a little age this year, but did not take any damage from the recent flood. Great place to spend a relaxing week - sharing time... More

This was a great place and it looked exactly like the pictures they had posted. We were on the second floor and had a great view of the ocean. We ate breakfast on the screened in porch every morning and listened to the waves. The walk to the beach was very close and there were even beach chairs provided that... More

This unit B-301 was very pretty, they could do some up grades to make it be a 5 star. The maids should have checked things to be sure all were real clean, other then a few things it was great. The views had to be some of the best on the Island, gorgeous views from almost every room . My favorite... More

The good: The best beach access ever. Just step off the screened-in porch and you're on the sand. The WI-FI was adequate. The pool was a short walk away and was nice. Room access was relatively near parking/unload area. The not so good: Unable to set thermostat below 70F, kitchen was so small that refrigerator and dishwasher doors couldn't be... More

“Bottom floor walks straight outside, while the 2nd and 3rd have to go out the front door and around, but not a big deal. 3rd floor has a widows porch on top which is very nice, although in a hot sun it will bake you up there.”
