We enjoyed staying at this B&B in April. As others said, it hard to see the turn off, especially when other drivers are right on your tail. The grounds are nice and we enjoyed sitting out back. Breakfasts were delicious! We enjoyed them each morning. Bed was very high, and I had to use the stool to get onto the... More

INNKEEPER’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 13 June 2016

Wanted to take the wife to visit patriots Point and see Charleston and couldn't find a hotel room for under $220 a night within 20 miles of Charleston, so instead looked for B&Bs in the area for a decent price and good reviews. Found this inn with fantastic reviews and really good prices. Good location and great views. Made our... More

Okay b&b. Very nice hosts. Scrumptious breakfast. B&B owners and managers should occasionally spend a night in their rooms to insure quality and convenience. It could increase their review ratings. Our room was okay but the layout was a little less convenient. Sloping second floor ceiling. The bath needed a tub mat as the slippery tub is an accident waiting... More

Stayed in Indigo room which we enjoyed. Breakfast was very good, with options of fresh fruit, savory items (one morning was ham/cheese paninis, one morning ribeye with eggs), and a sweet. Breakfast is the one meal my fiancee and I never overlap, but we both had options. The setting is quiet and secluded out back. I took a cup of... More

My wife and I chose to stay here for our honeymoon and we loved it. Steve is a great host and runs an exceptionally clean B&B. This was our first time staying at a B&B and we will definately look to book there again when we return to Charleston. Its a short drive into historic Charleston but after seeing the... More

Stayed here on our honeymoon. The inn is kept immaculately clean by the staff. The owner Steve prepares breakfast every morning himself- nothing fancy but it is always delicious. The dock on the tidal creek behind the inn offers a great view of the sunset. The inn is right next to Boone Hall plantation and the Pinckney historical site. Quiet... More

My wife and I stayed here for a three day anniversary trip and had a wonderful time. The rooms and overall property were in immaculate condition. Great place! Breakfast was amazing every morning. The innkeepers and staff were super friendly. And the bed was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. We will definitely try to stay again!

Plantation Oaks was a comfortable place of repose while we vacationed in the area. We enjoyed the great place to relax near the tidal creek, including the B&B's private pier into the tidal marsh. Steve, one of the owners, was very kind and accommodating, as were all of the staff. Steve made special provisions for breakfast after i had informed... More
