My husband and I spent 3 nights in the Queen Street Room the week after Christmas. We fell in love with this lovely, clean, and a little bit quirky inn. Our room was not huge, but was very clean, efficient, and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful! We were expecting a few pastries, but this was a great, serve-yourself hot buffet....

By the end of our 36 hour stay we had met the head chef - top drawer, the manager - Katie, personal, caring and professional, and a staff member named Noah who for some reason decided it was his personal mission to make sure we had a wonderful stay (I assume he does that for everyone). And, it was just...

They have recently renovated, but the wonderful Atmosphere has stayed the same. The menus are wonderful and the service is excellent. There is also a patio for outside dining, and a great neighborhood To walk through.

Beautiful Inn in Old Village Mount Pleasant! We stayed in The Maverick Suite with our 16 year old daughter. She slept on the pull-out sofa bed in the Sitting Area. We had another part of the room with a Queen Bed. This room was on third floor so very private away from the tavern and restaurant. I love old Inns...

My adult daughter and I enjoyed our visit to this quaint restaurant . We loved it's location in such a charming neighborhood . The server was friendly and helpful . I am from New Orleans , so I have enjoyed delicious meals , and this one was scrumptious . The peach sangria was refreshing and full of flavor , the...

My husband and I plus 2 friends stayed here for 2 nights during a road trip, and given the price paid, we were a little disappointed. The main issue here, I feel, is that this place is primarily a restaurant, and whilst that aspect is great (I have given the restaurant a separate 5 star review), the B&B side gets...

My best friend and I had the best time lodging and dining at OVPH for 5 nights in late April. We stayed in room 3, Venning Street room. Two twin beds (which were very comfortable after a full day in Charleston and the surrounding areas), closet, Keurig, nice bathroom. Very quaint, lovely, cozy, clean, and perfect. Staff were very friendly...

Took my Granddaughter on a Spring Break trip and spent 5 nights here last week in the Venning Street room (room #3). It was very comfortable and roomy. We had the twin bed set up, and they were very comfortable. This is an old house, the stairs and floors creek and on the 2nd floor you can hear the kitchen...

If you are looking for squeaky wood floors, great service, excellent food, and ambience, this is the place for you to be. We snatched up the Maverick Suite just in time as there was only one room left when we decided to spend one night in Mt Pleasant before we finished out the week in the historic district in Charleston....

A nice place to rest and recharge. The rooms are comfortable, clean and blend with the atmosphere of the building and town. Try to get a room away from the dinning areas. The staff (hotel and restaurant) are kind, friendly and work very hard to make you satisfied. The hotel manager is especially great. The breakfast and brunch are excellent...
