Let me start by saying I travel a lot and we are frequent visitors and loyal to the Marriott brand and this hotel proves why! Alvin and staff provided outstanding customer service to ensure we had the best room possible for our stay. These associates treat you like family and always make our stay memorable by the service they provided. Upon arrival we were greeted with outstanding customer service from the time we arrived until check out. The staff are amazing employees who make you feel like you are the only customer in the hotel thanking us for being Elite customers and going out of their way to ensure our stay was outstanding.. The room is the most comfortable relaxing place we have ever stayed. The room is extremely spacious, comfortable, clean and the balcony furniture was nice to relax with a glass of wine and read. Our housekeepers were outstanding at ensuring our room was always clean. Bed and pillows were divine and room so comfortable we felt like we were at home. We appreciated the microwave and fridge. Fantastic property that is friendly, well maintained and relaxing. This hotel is located near several restaurants and shopping. Lots of easy free parking. One thing we truly appreciated is they understand people love and travel with their dogs and are a pet friendly hotel. Mr Marriott would be so proud of this wonderful hotel where you truly feel appreciated and valued. The manager is incredible and definitely sets the tone for 5 star customer service as every employee treated us so nice. When in the area this will always be my go to hotel and home away from home. Good hotel with nicely updated rooms. Offered daily cleaning only every other day upon request. Very polite staff. The hotel is on the commercial strip but we just paid the daily parking fee at the Apache Pier. Worked out great!
The Courtyard Marriott at Barefoot Landing is a good stopping point for us while traveling to Florida. The rooms could use some updating, but it is clean and the staff are very helpful. All in all it is a good place to stay!
I continue to stay here on all my business trips to the area because of Andrea who works evenings and the water pressure for the showers. It is absolutely theraputic for my back so I thank the engineers. If I did have one concern, is that the common areas, hallways, elevators, walls are really showing wear and tear, but are constantly dirty. It would be great to see a deep cleaning on a future visit.
The staff is always so kind to me. The rooms are clean. Very convenient to local stores and restaurants. I've been coming here for the last 4 to 5 years and will continue to come. You can't go wrong staying here.
Nice stay with easy check in and out via the app. Courteous staff and amenities although we didn’t use them. Close to everything and room was spacious for a couple. Look forward to staying again in warmer months.
Great location and very reasonable room rates. Convenient to House of Blues and some very nice restaurants. If you’re going to a show at HOB I highly recommend this hotel. Got a great room with off season rate and it was perfect. Will definitely be back.
Stains on the shower floor and on the tile in the bathroom other than that staff are very friendly. Also ate breakfast in the dining room food was good but the silverware was dirty. AC was broken with an ERR code on the led display.
This was a really good hotel great customer service the front desk lady was really pretty and nice I love the bar pool and hot tub I’ll give it a 10/10 in we will definitely be taking a trip back soon
Restaurant service and menu very limited. Tried to order something other than wings or burger but that was the only thing they had. “Manager didn’t place our wine order so we only have the house wine.” Breakfast menu also limited. Sad for a Marriott brand as I have seen similar in other Courtyards. The brand has never been known for its food but it’s gone from mediocre/sustenance to something to avoid.
