After having to spend a night at Staybridge, Suites, Myrtle Beach and suffering, the deep disgust of staying in smelly filthy surroundings. Please see review I found a room at this wonderful hotel. No words can describe the 180 turnaround the wonderful ladies at the front desk on July 21 absolutely saved my vacation room spotless and needless to say smells very nice. I’m so grateful this is my first vacation in three years.

We decided we'd take a quick trip out to myrtle beach for a little fun. Choose Hilton Garden in because we had a very good experience in another state. We arrived about two hours before check in and we still allowed to check in and go into our room. The hotel staff were very courteous and polite as my companion had to go to the restroom immediately upon arrival. The lobby was in beautiful and very clean so was the lobby restroom. We enjoyed a few drinks at the bar later in the evening the bartender was great. This particular site will be the location we stay at on future trips to Myrtle Beach! It was very close to lots of restaurants, the outlets and a shopping mall literally across the parking lot.

Property and room were very clean and comfortable as expected from Hilton.
Now for the bad. I wish they would beef up the doors to adjoining rooms as conversations and other sounds were clearly audible. Ordered Hoisin Glazed Pork belly through room service and was brought an almost raw pork belly with no char that was inedible. I called the desk and was (hopefully) given credit for the meal, but very disappointing experience from Hilton. Hope they work on that.
Despite that, a very nice property . Also should rethink their breakfast pricing plan. Comfortable and friendly staff.
Travelers looking for a lively bar should try one of the walking distance restaurants.

The lobby is very bright and staff are welcoming. The breakfast was done in a safe and efficient where you get the packaged cold items and hot items are served. Beds were comfortable, but as usual the heater/ac blows on you. Quiet and convenient location.

The cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Upon entering our freshly prepared room, I could smell the freshness of a sanitized room. The room was immaculately clean and spotless. Great staff that appeared diligent in keeping every area of the hotel spotless. There’s nothing like the feeling of quickly letting your guard down when you can comfortably settle down in a clean room. This appears to be the culture of the staff that work here. Will definitely stay here again.

I spend 100+ nights per year in all levels of motels/hotels and maintain Diamond status with Hilton. Additionally I travel to Myrtle Beach regularly.
I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.
Being more a airport property and not close to the beach or attractions; the rate is typically reasonable year around.
The restaurant staff were the highlight to me. Hard working, personable, professional; always going above and beyond and tasty food.
Had a few issues with my room/house keeping.
Extra pillows I requested never made it to my room?
Dirty towels were taken a couple days but no clean ones left?
When I called the font desk for clean towels. The towels delivered were not what I asked for?
Toilet was clogged from the moment I checked in but was fixed the next day.
Carpet needed to be vacuumed and/or vacuumed more. Walked on dry cleaning tags and eye glass nose pads. I don't wear glasses...

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn! The hotel is centrally located for lots of activities including golf, dinners at Market Common, exploring Murrells Inlet and Brookgreen Gardens. It's less than an hour to Pawleys Inlet and Georgetown SC as well. And of course, Myrtle Beach itself is on your doorstep.

From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. Check-in was a breeze. All the hotel amenities were explained to us in detail. Everyone we encountered at the hotel were friendly and knowledgeable. We especially enjoyed our interactions with Julian, our breakfast server.

The lobby is beautiful - very bright and light, with plenty of seating throughout. The free coffee in the morning is a definite plus. We had a package that included a great hot breakfast to order, but we would have had no hesitation purchasing it separately as the prices were reasonable and the food plentiful. There is also a convenient market area with snacks, beverages, etc. including beer and wine.

Our King bedroom was huge and spotlessly clean. Everything was in great working condition such as the TV, mini fridge, and bathroom. The mattress was particularly comfortable! On Day 3, we asked Housekeeping to refresh our towels, empty trash (although we subsequently noticed that there were large recycling and trash cans conveniently located by the ice machine) and they arrived quickly. The room was quiet, with good quality blackout shades, that provided a great environment for a good night's sleep.

We would have no hesitation staying here again! Thanks to the Hilton Garden Inn team for a wonderful stay.

Since we usually visit Myrtle Beach during the off-season, this hotel meets all of our needs. It’s our favorite place to stay. It’s rates are reasonable, and it’s always clean and well maintained. The staff, including the restaurant staff, was very friendly and anxious to serve in any way.

While I am a member of Marriott Bonvoy and haven't stayed at a Hilton in many years I was traveling with my son who is Diamond with Hilton so this was a good opportunity to see what Hilton is doing. We were in town to attend the Jeep Jam.

Check in was handled by Cindy and Colleen at the Front Desk. They were professional and hospitable. They thanked my son for his loyalty to Hilton and recognized his status as a Diamond member of Hilton Honors. The hours for breakfast were explained along with his $10 credit for breakfast. They explained that housekeeping was not being done on a daily basis. It was nice to receive a phone call shortly after checking in to insure our satisfaction.

Our guest room was clean but the case goods were showing some wear. Amenities were typical and the shower was in a tub shower. Hopefully when a renovation is in the future ownership will consider stand alone showers. Coffee makers were in the room and were the K Cup style. We got extra coffee at the Front Desk. I was surprised to actually see some USA Today newspapers at the desk.

Breakfast was in the lobby restaurant. Our server each morning of our stay was Donna who was very friendly and hospitable. We both had the omelet breakfast and picked our own fillings. Breakfast was served in a timely fashion and was well prepared.

We both enjoyed the coffee station in the lobby.

One plus for this hotel is being located adjacent to the mall and numerous restaurant establishments. There is also a Costco close by.

The hotel has a nice fitness room and swimming pool. I really love the airy and fresh lobby. It is very welcoming and restful. An electric vehicle charger is also available for use.

Management should commend Colleen, Cindy and Donna for their excellent and hospitable service. We appreciated it. A good stay for us and I recommend this hotel.

Due to Hurricane Ian, we had to find a hotel for the night. Some hotels in the area did not availability, did not have power, or were not accessible due to flooding. We felt fortunate to have find this hotel because it was open, clean and bright. The front desk staff worked quickly to check us in and was friendly despite the volume of people checking in at the same time as us. The room was clean as expected and the beds were comfortable. The location is close to many restaurants and shopping. Parking is free. We highly recommend staying at this hotel.

What we do not recommend is the snack bar or the dine-in area. While there are many choices available in the snack bar, all of the items are very pricey. I can understand that the items would be more expensive because of the convenience, but charging $10.00 for two sodas and a travel size bag of chips is outrageous. If you need snacks, go to the nearest gas station to save yourself some money.

The bar and the dine-in area is not any better either. It is very expensive and not fully staffed. One beer cost $10.00 and we waited over an hour to pay for it because the bar area was not fully staffed.

Thank you for your feedback in regards to your recent stay with us. We appreciate your comments in regards to our property and glad we could offer a safe and secure location for your during a Hurricane. I am sorry our pantry and restaurant did not provide a better experience for you while you were our guest. Yes our team in the restaurant was taxed due to the Hurricane and not having enough people to work it due to allowing some team members to be safe at home or they were unable to get to work due to flooding. We did feel it was important to offer our guests and safe food option during the hurricane so that they did not have to venture out in the storm to find food.
