Our first time staying at the Hilton Grand Vacations Ocean Enclave. We had a wonderful stay there. We had a beautiful oceanfront unit with a balcony - beautifully furnished with a full kitchen + washer & dryer. The bed was great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beach is wonderful - terrific for walking. Very convenient to many excellent local restaurants. I recommend the Ocean Enclave highly.
It's a nice facility opened in 2019. What made the difference is Brad who made things happened. He understood our situation that desperately needed a room with 2 beds and he solved the problem! Enjoyed the stay; nice location right on boardwalk and everything.
Came down for a short January Vacation, had never stayed here before but found the rooms Very Clean, the staff was Very Friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, all around great stay. The wife and I are already planning our stay for next your at the Hilton Grand Vacation Club Ocean Enclave.
I made a booking for my family at the hotel, and I made a boo boo in the booking of it apparently. Amanda, the supervisor on duty, graciously fixed it and although she could have charged extra to do so, she kindly did so without penalty. The property is beautiful and very well maintained.
What can I say it’s a new and beautiful hotel however let’s not let the quality decline! I already see some deterioration since my trip there in April. For example a light on the lounge side table was missing, remote controls for tv was always needing charging and the the pillows on the sofa where dirty and some missing. However at the end of the day it is still the best hotel for my family!
My husband and I stayed here for my birthday trip to the beach and the suite was absolute gorgeous, as well as the amenities. The fire pit was definitely an added bonus for the winter season. My only suggestion would be to add an indoor lazy room, and an indoor water park. However, I look forward to returning
Compared to all 3 HGV locations in Myrtle, this is the newest & most luxurious. Resort is absolutely beautiful & almost everything was perfect with this stay. The reason it couldn't get 5 stars for me is the HGV marketing department is extremely aggressive & over promise things they cannot truly meet as well as the sales team including management are a bit of sugar-coating talkers. I was EXTREMELY disappointed after being an owner for a few years at Ocean's 22 I upgraded to Ocean's Enclave & paid cash to give myself more points & booking options or so I thought. When purchasing this I was told I would have almost guaranteed opportunity to book my requested week I was looking for only to have them tell me 0 & yes I mean 0 spots available but then if you book through Hilton Honors, they had dozens and dozens of rooms available & it caused me to pay a few thousand dollars out of pocket w/hilton honors pts as well to book the week I wanted. To top this off I found out that MULTIPLE MULTIPLE people have canceled their reservations due to the hurricane that hit one week before I arrived. Salesman & manager had told me they'd get back to me regarding finding out if I can use my HGV membership pts but never heard from then again after the sale I gave them was completely finalized when they NEVER had issues keeping in contact with me to make sure I don't back out of the sale upgrade. The biggest disappointment always is I'd rather have people be upfront & blunt/honest even if its negative information instead of sugar-coating/or flat out lying to someone. This doesn't have anything to do with the hotel resort itself as it was very beautiful, clean, friendly staff, & extremely comfortable suites. One day though I was a bit annoyed as I stood in the lobby at the concierge desk with no other guests around not being tended to whatsoever when 2 staff members were behind the desk & one even made eye contact with me & never offered to help until about 10 minutes later of me standing there. Would like to give the benefit of doubt to the staff or maybe I wasn't dressed the part to look like I belonged there? Another thing that was a bit annoying was I arrived 1 day early & stayed at a nearby Hilton hotel & called Enclave the morning of to see if I would be able to check in early if available. The representative that picked up said yes NO problem as many guests already checked out so I packed up & left the hotel ONLY to be told once I got there that rooms aren't ready yet & had to wait 4 hrs til I could check in. I could have stayed at the hotel for 2 of those hours but due to the employee telling me plenty available it made it bit of a nuisance.…
After a 7 hour drive from Florida, I was very pleased with the ease of parking our car and the check in. The resort itself was beautiful and our 2 bedroom oceanfront suite was amazing. It was a little chilly for us to use the pool but others decided to enjoy it. We enjoyed our stay so much we are planning our next stay here.
Our vacation at Ocean Enclave ended weeks ago and we are still talking about our great October visit to Myrtle Beach. My husband and I arrived laste in the day on a Tuesday and quickly met and instantly made a bond with Rosie asd she hosted Trivia. We didn't do good at all but Rosie and Josh behind the bar were so attentive and welcoming that we continued to visit your sports and pool bar and were looking forward to Rosie's events. We were lucky enough to be there AS her coworkers honored her as a great employee. We very much agree and can't wait to see what activities, drink specials, and great customer service is wAITING FOR us next visit!!
Beautiful and clean resort living experience. This place has a lot of new technology. The one bedroom was very spacious and I loved the waterfall counter top island. The decor/furnishings is modern; which is not my style but I was convinced that it could be in the very near future! The resort is close to various restaurants within walking distance.
