Check in went smoothly and Penny gave us excellent service! She provided us with parking details (since we had a truck), pools and hot tubs (we had our kiddos) and even provided a print out with places to eat broken down by classification (Asian/Italian/ etc) The room was on the 10th floor with a king bed and pull out sofa. The room was spacious enough for the family and the balcony view was absolutely gorgeous. The kids loved the pool area and especially enjoyed the water slides! Major plus. The whole stay we were treated very well by every staff members we encountered; from the complementary breakfast (which was clean and good food) (beautifully located with ocean views) to the pool area and check out. Would highly recommend !!

Still very new and nice condition; super clean and rooms great . Breakfast was ok beachfront access and access to several pools and lazy river Service from team awesome, particularly Penny on front desk Parking was close, as to decent restaurants

We’ve been to Myrtle Beach many times and this was the first time we’ve stayed at this property. We are Titanium Elite members and love staying at Marriott hotels when possible! This one did not disappoint! It’s brand new, opened last year! Love the design, it’s so inviting when we step inside! Amazing views of the beautiful ocean! All rooms are oceanfront with balconies! We were checked in by Jamie, lovely girl, goes above and beyond to make things work! Appreciated her smile every day! Thank you Jamie! Also would like to acknowledge Augustine who went out of his way to make sure we’d stay in our same room when we decided to extend our stay! Much appreciated! We absolutely loved finishing off our evening with a nightcap at the bar! Great little menu too! What a delight to be served by Barbra! So pleasant and efficient, treats her customers with such genuine warmth! So nice to meet you Barbara! Thank you for your service and great cocktails! Thanks to Mike as well, he also nailed my Old Fashioned drink! Only little glitch we encountered is when the kitchen closes early (like shortly after 8pm!) then the bar is also forced to close …really? So many people showed up a few nights to get a drink shortly after 8ish just to be told bar had already called last call since kitchen was closed even though it says it’s supposed to be open until 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends! Definitely a drawback as often people book a hotel because they offer a bar menu! So hopefully the establishment will figure out a way to keep this lovely bar/eating area open a little later! Thank you for a great stay! Hoping to return soon… to escape our Canadian winter!…

I mean, if you didn't know it was a Courtyard - you'd think you were at a high end resort. The room (16th floor) was super nice and spacious....with a balcony straight to the ocean. It's a combo Courtyard/Springhill -I'm told with 5 of each rooms on each floor. Springhill has breakfast on the 2nd floor (didn't go of course) and the Bistro is on the first. Kudos to the young lady who got me breakfast and packed one to go. The front desk folks are great. Restaurants are nearby but we ended up at maybe the best greek restaurant I've eaten at - Mediterranean Bistro - 8 minutes away. Back to the hotel - they have an indoor/outdoor lazy river, nice rec center...really a winner other than the parking fee - but what are you going to do? $20. I'll be back for sure.

We were very pleased with our short stay at the Courtyard! Everything we needed was close by with several restaurants, a Starbucks and the boardwalk in close distance. The weather was PERFECT! 70 degrees and sunny, so we hit the heated pool for a bit before leaving. We also enjoyed the gym area that provided ample equipment with a glorious view of the beach. The room was spotless, smelled great and was large enough for 4 adults

I recently stayed at Resort again. This time Joe checked me in. Pleasant guy. Definitely an Eagles fan. What irked me was he smelled of weed. Tried to smile it off but it was strong. Definitely didn’t expect that from a Marriott employee. Bistro Bar was nice. Gwen was super nice. Kaleem and Jamie were very Nice at check out. Smiling and Very Helpful as Always.

We got in half past midnight and Kaleem could tell we'd been traveling for hours and were exhausted. He assisted us very quickly, was super accommodating and was an absolute pleasure. The room was beautifully decorated with a wonderful view and was very clean. We'll be back to this establishment!

This is my favorite hotel in Myrtle Beach! I have now stayed at this location twice and I will be returning. The hotel is absolutely beautiful! It’s so nice to have something new available on the beach. I love that every room has a view of the water. The staff is always warm and welcoming.
