Thankfully, its gone! Time to renew that eyesore with something new! It was demolished a week or so ago! Myrtle beach is gorgeous but that place was pitiful! Still a few more that need either updated or demolished but we're in the progresses of new hotels going up! Enjoy your stay on the grand strand!

This place is full of bedbugs. The city needs to shut them down. Please avoid cabanna inn. They also own shady rest so avoid them too. The rooms are outdated. Besides the beds the furniture is plastic outdoor chairs. It may be cheap but you don't wanna bring home bed bugs.

this was a great place that friends would meet and stay. Carol has gotten sick and is not there now and the place is going downhill fast. Many of my friends would stay here only because of Carol and staff, now the owner has changed everything about it being a friendly place. Just call and tell them you are wanting...

I have stayed at the Cabana for many years . It was a great family motel and well maintained. Over the years the owners have put less and less money into upkeep. You cannot walk barefoot on your room carpet without washing your feet before going to bed. The elevator has been broken so long the office staff tells new...

A decent view of Ocean Blvd and a slight view of the beach were scarred by the dirty windows with the room being...

We have stayed here the past couple years and this one was officially our last. You will see from previous reviews that most everyone speaks highly of the owners and staff of this hotel- as do we... HOWEVER, there is only so much that nice people can make up for. Let me make a list of things to illustrate why...

We stayed last year from what was supposed to be July 2 to July 11, 2011. The very first night we were bombarded with housekeeping and maintainence coming in to "fix" the water problem (the water lines under our room was leaking into the downstairs room under us)...So, we asked to be moved to a different room. There was NO...
