I spent 4 wonderful days again at The Palms. I especially would like to thank Misty for her over and above attitude and assistance in getting reservations to local attractions. She was most helpful and courteous. Love her. My accomodations were exactly as I have come to love at this beach. Great location and courteous staff. Housekeeping is top-notch!! It...

My family and i stayed at the Palms Resort for 7 nights, and had a decent time. Our housekeeper Ronnie was awesome and took VERY good care of us. Thanks Ronnie!! The room itself needs to be worked on. Some of the cabinets in the kitchen would not open (because of interference with other doors), the carpet has the tacks...

Been reading all the reviews on the Palms. It upsets me that so many are negative. In all honesty, I don't think everyone is giving them a fair shake so to speak. There are 2 huge things that everyone must remember. First....you have to realize that all these units are individually owned and individually maintained. As with anything else, you...

We stayed at the Palms from July 29 - August 2. For our family, the Palms was a decent place. The location (right next to the ocean) was great and the balcony views were spectacular with the sunrises over the ocean. We had a great housekeeper who took good care of us. Thanks Ronnie! The room (901) we stayed in...

This hotel is not bad for the price, It could use some updating. My family and I stayed four nights and over all we had a really good stay. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Elevators were in need of much needed updates, but not bad place to stay.We were in the south tower eleventh floor.

As a family it was a nice place to stay but the room was badly in need of updating. It looked like it had been roughed up alot. The hotel charged us for 2 packs of dipping dots we did not receive with no explanation. They would not take it off. During our four day stay we had two different...

Our disapoint began immediately with the front desk- RUDE! Called ahead to verify a different card could be used other than what was used for the reservation, then they gave us greif about it. The room was for my 22 year old daughter and her friends and they gave them the third degree about inviting men over and throwing parties....

In all honesty, the stay at the "Palms Resort" made our vacation total disappointment. We were really looking forward to our first stay in Myrtle Beach but this place made it very unpleasant. The smell of this place would compare to a morgue seriously, it actually kept us awake at night it was so bad. The furniture as another reviewer...
